The staff is lovely, the only good thing about the riad. It is hidden about 20/25 minutes from the center of the medina, between alleys of dubious security. We had the room on the ground floor, next to the pool and chairs that can be seen from breakfast, the door and window adjoined the tables so at 8 o'clock when people came down to breakfast you were already on your feet. The room was dark and lacked renovation and cleaning. The towels were not changed for 4 nights and the gel, shampoo and "dryer" were disgusting to touch. The bed was low to the ground, uncomfortable and a cage of crickets rattling every time you lay down, squeaked everywhere. The hotel services such as bar/restaurant are excessively expensive, they charged about €15 for the menu (double that of any restaurant in the medina) and the Hamman (Spa) service is non-existent (they don't even offer it). The simple breakfasts, as seen in the photos, a little liquid yogurt, juice, coffee and some sweets that were repeated more than one day. I honestly don't know what they see in this site from the opinions I've seen.
