Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech

Managed by Mr. Thomas Briere and his many assistant managers including Fiona, Nada and over 300 associates MO provides an unparalleled experience of comfort, leisure and exclusivity you can’t find anywhere else. Staff are standby to assist with anything you desire. Attention to detail makes all the difference. From the moment you check in, to the moment you check out, you can see every detail no matter how small has been taken care of.

Butler service here was over the top at every moment of our stay. Nora was incredible taking care of everything. Lunch around the pool very pleasant. Make sure you get a table on the upper side. Cost to go to town slightly more costly than what we had imagined. Last but not least, the villa is spectacular. A Dip at 11pm with 24C outdoor just divine.

Our family celebrating my husband’s 60th and my son’s 24th birthday with a trip to Morocco. We decided to stay 1 night at the family suite at the Mandarin Oriental Marrakech on the birthday (my husband and my son share the same birthday). The whole process from the booking until check out, has been nothing but easy. Everyone was very helpful and warm. They responded promptly to multiple emails I sent with questions and requests and they did their very best to accommodate. The hotel is so beautiful : the architecture, the landscape, the pool, the facilities,… We booked a 2 bedroom villa with a pool. And it was amazing! Very cozy and comfy. The bed, the linen, the amenities all are top products. For birthday dinner we booked a barbeque in the villa. The food all were delicious from starter to dessert. We even have a soloist entertaining during the dinner. The breakfast buffet also delicious. You have everything from local dishes, western and Asian. To sum it up, our 1 night and birthday celebration at the Mandarin Oriental Marrakech has been perfect and magical. Thank you all the staff. You guys amazing!

The best hotel we come every year worth every penny treated like royalty. Oussama provides literally the best service you could hope for. Restaurants both amazing and best SPA I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to some SPAs! Let me tell you! Thanks guys and we will be back next year.

Were staying in Mamounia. Joined friends who were at the Mandarin. We visited their stunning villa. Will highly consider when we visit Marrakech next time. Evening started with nice drinks in their tent. View superb. Service could be improved. We then dined in Lingling. Preferred this one to the one too extravagant in Dubai. We had a lovely chat with Moussine the manager. Food, service and vibe was very good.
