Really nice little hotel in the heart of marrakech, clean and homely.Breakfast every morning was i presume traditional Moroccan was plentiful. the staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend a stay here if you’re going to marrakech

Our stay at Riad Dar al Kounouz was fantastic. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and while it’s an older building, that only adds to its charm and authentic atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and the gentleman at reception was always available to answer questions or provide valuable tips about navigating Marrakech. The welcome dinner was a highlight and absolutely worth it - the tagine they served was better than what we tried in many restaurants. Breakfasts were also a delight. There’s no buffet but each morning you’re served fresh, homemade food prepared right before you sit down. One of the best features of the riad is the spacious rooftop terrace. After a day exploring the busy and stimulating streets of Marrakech, it’s the perfect spot to unwind and relax. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great service, delicious food and a truly unique vibe. Highly recommend!

absolutely amazing place where to stay in the center of Marrakesh. here you will feels like in the maurs palace. building is completely renewed with focus on details. fantastic breakfast. its just few minutes walk from Jemma el Fna square. its really hard to find it, we have to pay about 10 euro to helps us to find it. great team. special thanks to Zeccaraia at the desk.

This was my first time visiting Morocco, and this place made a perfect home base to return to each night. The staff was accommodating, and the breakfasts they made for us were consistently incredible. Our room was spotless and pleasant. The rooftop area is also very relaxing.

Brilliant place to visit! The staff are fabulous, very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are nice and cool the interior decor is fascinating. Great food for breakfast, the wifi works really well and a nice view too.

A magnificent Riad!, very typical, we had the “lapize” room, it is superb. This Riad is wonderfully located and the staff perfect, you can book in peace, really! Zaccaria is a perfect butler!
