Stayed for 11 nights. It’s a traditional Riad, so rooms aren’t huge but ours was nice and en-suite was very modern and the whole place is very clean. Its location is excellent, near the palace Bahai, very close to everything but tucked away from the noise, the pool and roof terrace is a lovely oasis to escape to and relax. The hammam on site is also good. But its greatest strength are the staff, such a friendly and informative welcome, and throughout our stay they were always on hand to advise and assist and check with us if there was anything we needed. Breakfasts are a veritable feast, no buffet scrum here! And they even arranged a picnic breakfast for us when we had a trip with an early start. Definitely 5star customer service.
