Al Fassia Aguedal

Uncharacteristically it poured with rain on our first day in Marrakech, if we had not been staying at such a lovely hotel we would have booked the next flight home! Staff welcomed us at the door with an umbrella and made us lovely fresh hot coffee to warm us up. Our room, overlooking the pool, was exceptionally nice with plenty of space, lovely decor and a very comfortable bed. Our welcome pack of pastries and fresh fruit and flowers was much appreciated and a small fridge (to keep my insulin in) was a bonus. The bathroom was great, massive shower with soft towels and plenty of toiletries and a hair dryer, two bathrobes with slippers if needed. We think one of the best things about our visit was the breakfasts, served by delightful and attentive staff and the yoghurt was the best ever. The food in the restaurant was amazing but for us the portion sizes were just too big and we never managed to finish a dish. All the staff in the restaurant and the hotel were lovely, welcoming and helpful and smiling all the time. The hotel decor was sumptuous, relaxing and beautiful. The pool was (I'm told) lovely and warm and lunch by it was just amazing. All in all staying here made our visit to Marrakech most enjoyable and we would certainly recommend it to anyone and if ever we visited Morocco again, we'd be straight there! We’ve just returned from a wonderful week staying at Al Fassia Aguedal, perfect in every way. Thank you to all the staff for your amazing hospitality, always so welcoming, charming and helpful, and thank you Narjis for helping with our plans and taxis. We ate regularly in the restaurant, again always being greeted with a wonderful welcome, the delightful staff and fantastic cuisine making for an excellent dining experience,

We stayed at the riad for 4 nights. Although we didn't eat at the restaurant we had breakfast in the riad and poolside lunches which were fantastic. The staff are extremely helpful. The place is spotless and the beds very comfortable. We would recommend this riad without hesitation.

Amazing find! Staff at every door - so it seemed. Attention to every detail with genuine kindness. Such gentle people, really! Very professional but mostly kind. Architecturally there are courtyards and fountains enclosed within high walls. My room was double height and spectacular. I hardly used the personal veranda, preferring the poolside. And when I ventured out, it was under their care. They organised everything, from the airport transfer to my tour of the city. They always went the extra mile, at every turn. My early morning coffee request was circulated, within hours, and never missed.

It was our first time in Morocco and spending four nights in this oasis was an unforgettable experience. The hotel facilities provided such a welcome retreat after our days exploring the city and visiting the Riad. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was your staff. Their warmth, attentiveness, and hospitality left a lasting impression. The food at your restaurant was phenomenal as well—we enjoyed it so much that we dined there every night!
