It was a very good hotel? The staff are friendly, polite and prompt in responding to issues. Food is good Ambient is fantastic Entertainment is out of this world. I will definitely recommend to a friend. Thank you Lsbranda

Highly recommended, the staff were outstanding and friendly....the food was lovely with a great variety for the cost of the holiday, I have no complaints....the hotel itself was beautiful and clean, the staff couldn't do enough for you ....I liked the free shuttle bus service, thought it was a nice touch and the market day in the hotel for those that didn't want to or couldn't leave rhe hotel...the entertainment was great ...I stayed for 4 days and for the time of year (January) I think it exceeded expectations...I got some winter sun, nice food and drinks in a relaxing and beautiful setting. Also which I thought was a nice added touch...on our last day we checked out at 12pm, but our flights weren't till 21:15 ...they allowed us to keep our all inclusive wrist bands on so we could still use the hotel facilities

Excellant check in friendly staff very clean all over the hotel. Lovely big room. No channels except sky news on TV. Good Internet. Pool area was good nice sunbeds and very clean. The pools were freezing. Slides were good fun. Entertainment poor. Food not nice and usually cold not much choice. Nothing to do outside the hotel apart from the carrefour shopping centre 20 mins walk away which had a burger king. Would go again but not for longer than a week

Well where to start the food omg awful! No kids menu at all. Kids lived off pizza and plain pasta all week. In the end, we had to order food in Furthermore, non of the foods were labelled for nut allergies as we have a child with a nut allergy. We asked what she could eat and we got shrugged shoulders from staff. After speaking with the chef, manger and easy jet representation, nothing really changed bar one day. Asked if they would take responsibility for a rection he said ' yes' I could t believe it! So all she lived off was pizza and rice. As some pasta had nuts in. Pool lovely but unsuitable as it is like being in ice. Grounds clean and room clean but dated. Entertainment they tried their best in the day with dancing and stuff but the eveni g was repetitive and boring. Nothing but 20 mins for kids and a singer that was it. Snacks swarming and I mean swarming with bees. Which is fine e to have so.e but litterly you get a drink and they're in it. They're nasty and stung out 5 year old when he was drinking juice. No I've creams nothing on it for kids again. All in all so poor I would like a refund from easy jet for safety standards around foods and lack of kids food apart from beef trotters and tripe, rice, few veg and repetitive salads.

3 night trip to Marrakesh. We had a very good time here. Lovely friendly staff, clean rooms, great buffet food! We would love to stay again. Good live music in the bar, great entertainment team, helpful and friendly dining staff such as Khouala and her colleagues. The a la carte restaurant food not so great, but nice to experience if you're not used to Moroccan food. No choice at all in the a la carte restaurant and no menu. Especially not good if you're vegetarian. However the buffet food in the main restaurant is delicious. Varied, salads, hot dishes, desserts, juices, hot drinks, etc. Would definitely stay again.
