Ruined family trip on last day as 2 towels were apparently missing reception forced my teenage children to open luggage for 2 towels that they were accused of stealing . They were obviously not in out luggage there was no apology . I had left a day earlier due to work schedule my children and husband stayed on. As a uk based doctor I have no need for towels from Al Maaden they are not exactly the White Co quality .
This was our third visit to Al Maaden ( 2014 & 2018 ) everything has deteriorated. Villa dirty , tired furniture , battered TVs /Wi-Fi fridges don’t work . Overall a big NO from us 5 adverts 2star standards will never return plz if from UK don’t book it’s not worth it

It's not a 5-star hotel at all. The room service is very slow, the food is expensive and tastes bad, there were cockroaches in the toilet for two days, and I was bitten by mosquitoes in the middle of the night. At the beginning, there was no shower gel, shampoo, or slippers. The breakfast was also average.

A beautiful spacious villa in within a hotel setup. The two bedroom villa with pool is really spacious and includes all those comfort that we enjoy at home. The restaurant and all the staff around are always asking to help with a big smile in their face. This hotel is next to a golf club and have plenty of buggy to transport you around 😍😍

Wonderful family stay at El Maaden Villa Hotel. A team dedicated to your well being and happiness throughout your entire stay. Mr Bennani - guest relations- made it just exceptional by being so attentionate to our needs. Golfing was an exquisite experience. I highly recommend this place for a reset!!

It wa really amazing place to stay, the staff was so friendly and so helpful, they respect older people's in amazing way, very flexible with the timing of breakfast and the check out Im really glad to stay in this amazing property and definitely will come back again

It was a great experience-one of the best holiday stays we had!the customer service team was great with Mehdi as our advisor who looked after us superbly!The cleanliness ,facilities were all great-no complaints at all! Spa facilities were great value for money!

Fantastic Stay at Al Maaden VillaHotel & Spa Al Maaden VillaHotel & Spa exceeded our expectations! The villas were spacious and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the golf course was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

Excellent resort and excellent service! The staff was amazing and hospitable. Mehdi, Hajar, and the reception staff were top notch. I highly recommend!! We enjoyed the laid back vibe, the breakfast, the property decor were great! We'll definitely be back soon.
