Environment: Very good, with a swimming pool, there are not many parking spaces in the hotel, but there is a parking lot around the hotel, 10 dirhams for overnight stay.

Please clean the room properly especially bathroom. We found bunch of hair in the bathroom, red stain on the door, ripped towels, ants in the room. Honestly it is gross !
That's pretty disappointing as it is part of Accor Group.

When i booked, it said it was 10 minutes from the centre - this is completely false. It is 30 minutes, give or take a minute or two. I also booked because of the pool, but this was exceedingly cold (too cold to enjoy) and then cordened off for the last 4 days of my 5-day trip. We were not offered any sort of compensation as this was one of the reasons why i booked this particular hotel.
There are also not enough plug sockets in the room (there are only 2 together next to the window) and no tea or coffee making facilities.
Communication with some staff was slightly limited. We were also in a room facing the maim road which was very noisy throughout the night, so you should request a pool-facing room.
