The Riad is lovely and very authentic. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They couldn’t do enough for us and helped in making reservations and ensuring we got around safely.
The Riad is in an excellent location.

We came here to spend the day at the pool - very good value for money, peaceful and colourful surroundings. Staff very friendly and attentive - restaurant was also very good. Nic views over Marrakech, and the interiors were very ornate. Would recommend.

We went to their restaurant, it was way TOO EXPENSIVE for very little food, which was clearly NOT WORTH the price. One of the waiter, which was not even ours, asked for a tip even though the service was not it. I would recommend look for another restaurant with the menu in front, the price could be 2 or 3 time less the price. The view was great but not enough for the price to be this expensive.

Wonderful meal in a beautiful place!! We were looking fo somewhere special for our last night and this truly was it. The food was extra delicious snd the staff very attentive. Even had a private show from some Moroccan musicians which was excellent.

We stumbled upon The Terrace restaurant within this hotel, a week ago when the restaurant we thought we had booked, was closed! There are 3 terraces to chose from, great views across the city and the staff were excellent. Aimad, the assistant manager, in particular was very amiable, knowledgeable and friendly - making recommendations about the dishes and adding interesting tit bits of info about the dishes and Marrakesh throughout our evening. He was delightful. The food was very nice (although one of the more pricey places we visited on our 3 night trip) with one massive bonus being they served alcohol during Ramadan - the only place we found. We were treated extremely well and when I ordered some mint tea at the end of the meal, it was accompanied by an array of biscuits - which Aimad suggested we take away the spares with us. He made up a little doggy bag for us and also gave us a short tour of the stunning hotel - a real surprise gem!

So dark, so gloomy, so depressing. Don’t be fooled by the pics! False advertising no swimming pool, no SPA, no garden, no 24 h room service, no 24 h front desk, no gym, no parking etc… The service is terrible, waiters nowhere to be found. 1.5 h to get a tea and 20 mn between morning coffees. Breakfast came cold each time. Halima the manager lies shamelessly and makes faces when challenged by very unhappy customers. When staying in my poorly decorated bedroom I would suffocate due to toxic fumes possibly coming from the air vents. I had to leave 4 days earlier as I couldn’t manage any longer. I am asking for a refund. They ignored all of my emails while on-site. Cancel it if you can! This property is not worth more than £50 a night and should be removed for false advertising and health issues due to the fumes in the bedroom.

The room was like a small palace - oozing charm & luxury. All staff were very attentative, making our stay very pleasurable. Big shout out to the housekeepers. Reception also helped out when we were unlucky enough to lose our cash card. Nothing was too much trouble. Located right in the medina yet so quiet & peaceful. Although upmarket, it still maintained the traditional Riad atmosphere. The luxury was reflected in the room price, but if you are going to treat yourself, this is the place. Really enjoyed our stay.

This property is gorgeous!! Only downside was we believe it may be just a little overpriced. Traditional Berber music may be played till 930 weeknights and just past 10 on Friday. You'll hear it from the main rooms. The staff was wonderful! Food - excellent!
