Amazing

This is a very comfortable and spacious hotel with the most obliging staff you can wish for. The Reception staff were especially welcoming and helpful in all kinds of ways, but my real star was KARIM in the Bar whose welcoming smile and expertise in mixing cocktails was very much appreciated. He also noticed me every time I entered the room and poured me my my favourite beer: very welcome after days spent walking in Marrakech I've rarely had bar service of the same standard and he should be congratulated on the quality service he gives. My experience and appreciation was also shared by fellow guests.

We arrived separately due to some airport confusion and the staff at the hotel were so kind and reassuring (especially Mohamed). Once settled into our lovely room with its balcony, we slept well on the firm and comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast with its omelet station and range of fresh seasonal foods was filling. The addition of an area where one can catch the morning sun was great. The front desk staff were always helpful with our endless questions! and ensured that we had a great stay. It's a shame the small oasis of a pool is not heated but must be great on a hot day. The roof terrace was not open yet but had good views of the city and the Atlas Mountains.

Great staff, everything was immaculate, perfect location. On our February 25 arrival we a told to sit and tea and biscuits were brought to us. Then, we checked in. Everybody there went out of their way to help us, especially the front desk manager. I asked how to work the air conditioner and three minutes later someone appeared at my room to explain. There was a small issue with my room (all rooms have them), and the front desk manager went out of his was to fix it. Everything I requested they reponded to fast and courteously. This hotel staff WANTS to make guests happy. The hotel is on a pleasant street with every type of restaurant very close. The restaurants were not only close, they were good. It is located between the Kasbah and Guelize, each within walking distance. My only word of caution is to avoid rooms with an inner door that connects to the next room. The door is not soundproof at all.

Hotel was decent but outdated rooms and no isolation so you can hear everything whats happening in the room next to you... Booked for 5 days, left after 2 days because stuff was stolen from the room. No refund only apologies and small gift. Wouldnt come back here. Just book a good riad in the centre.

Had a really lovely stay at the Dellarosa. Helpful and pleasant staff who go the extra mile. Even got upgraded to a suite when staff knew it was my birthday. Only downfall was breakfast anywhere past 8am- there wasn't much food being put out after this time.

We had a very warm welcome from the duty manager Kamal, who went out of his way to be helpful. Staff are attentive, particularly Karim (food and beverages manager), Rabii on reception, and the gentleman who poured the herbal tea every evening. There were a couple of maintenance issues but these were sorted immediately. The room was spacious (junior suite) and the bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of hanging space and shelving. The shower is over the bath, which for someone like me with mobility issues caused a bit of a challenge. Also the towels would have been changed daily (even though we hung them up) until we spoke to Kamal and asked for them not to be changed daily. As others have mentioned, the towels are taken away and not replaced until later in the day. We opted for half board. There is a choice of 2 dishes per 3-course meal and menu was changed every night. Portion sizes are somewhat small but adequate. Price of drinks was on a par or slightly cheaper than in UK restaurants. Breakfast has a fairly wide choice of pastries, omelette, cooked vegetables, cheese, meat, cereals, yogurt, bread and pastries. There is a bureau de change just round the corner, and mini market next door - though the hotel has signs up requesting that no food or drink is brought into the hotel. Despite having mobility issues, we managed to walk to Jemaa el Fnaa and the Koutoubia: the route has lots of seats to rest, and it is flat. Outside the hotel is a walkway separating the 2 carriageways, where pedestrians can walk, though it’s still necessary to cross at intersections (there are marked crossings but caution still needed!). This was a good base for a short break to the city. Taxi to the airport costs 200 MAD or 20 euros.

Dellarosa hotel was lovely. Friendly staff and good continental breakfast. Fresh towels every day. Only fault is that the walls are thin and you can hear everything in the next room. Fabulous location and lots to see. Will definitely come here again
