This riad is situated in the north west of the medina. It was well situated for visiting the souks, and was about a 20 minute walk to the Koutoubia square. There were several nearby cafes and bakeries. Excursion pickups were straightforward too. The hotel was a good price and it felt very relaxed.

A "tourist trap" riad par excellence. Despite booking 6 months in advance, our room for 4 was not available, so we got a room, certainly large (to share with small crawling animals...) but dirty, level -1 compared to the road (so no window overlooking the outside), a dilapidated bathroom the size of a toilet, with the smell..., and, cherry on the cake, without working air conditioning (given the thickness of the dust it hadn't broken down the day before). In short, at 3am the first night, unable to sleep, we booked elsewhere despite paying for the week... the claim is in progress...

Very dirty, cockroaches in the bathroom, we had to go out to buy toilet paper, they don't change the sheets or clean the bathroom, during the days we were there they never came to ask if we needed anything... I wouldn't recommend it even to my best enemy...horrible!!

El riad carole es una m.... sábanas sucias,cucarachas,dos taollas para tres,eran más ásperas y viejas que una ,lija,nunca las cambiaron ,no había ni papel higiénico ni gel,ven la puerta del fondo,tiene como 5cm de abertura arriba,que porquería no voy más a sufrir .

Mi experiencia en este Riad , desgraciadamente ha sido lamentable desde el momento de la entrada ya que no habíaa aire acondicionado, solo 1 ventilador en una habitación para 4 personas. No habían toallas, el wifi fallaba, y cucarachas en el "baño". Mi colchón reposaba sobre una única tabla de madera como somier, hasta el punto de tener que salir a las 12 de la noche a buscar otro alojamiento. Por suerte en el Riad ZAKI , fuimos atendidas con un trato exquisito, limpio, mejor ubicado y una corrección por parte del encargado Youness que consiguió que nuestra aventura terminase estupendamente, con grato recuerdo de nuestro paso por Marrakech. Nada recomendable
