The breakfast is not bad but not extraordinary, we were expecting something a little bit more better. The taxi driver that took us to the airport tried to rob us asking 300 dirhams for the transportation whereas it is clearly written that it costs 250 dirhams to the airport. I had to ask someone from the security of the airport to help us only paying 250 dirhams as planned originally by the hotel. Please do something about the taxi drivers you work with.

Lovely setting and grounds , nice pool area . Ideal for R&R. Breakfast quality poor, food uncovered and not chilled one poor staff member running around trying hard to do everything and same at lunch service . Good quality food and lunch and dinner including good quality beverages . What is the most disappointing is the very poor quality and standard of rooms and bathrooms, certainly not suite standard. Broken toilets, shower that floods bathroom and when reported told to put towels on floor by maintenance . Floor unclean when had to mop up ended up with black towels. Ripped, worn and torn furniture . Such a shame as some attention to detail and upgrading would make this a great retreat .

This Hotel has so much potential to be amazing but I have a couple of comments to make. 1. The Hotel is run by very few staff. The few staff that run is are AMAZING but I can't help but feel they are over worked and they're there 24/7. I cannot fault them particularly the guys who are there from breakfast till the bar closes. Hats off to you for being polite, professional and so accommodating despite clearly there not being enough staff. Management I do feel this needs to be addressed. 2. Cleaning staff are amazing. Our room was spotless. Clean towels and bedding every day, so thank you too! Pool was looked after very morning. 3. The hotel grounds are stunning. It's like a little paradise and again spotless. 4. Food. They have the same menu every single day. I suspect due to lack of staff. It gets boring although very nice food, there needs to be some kind of rotation. We paid for all inclusive and had to spend more money to eat out as we needed a change! 5. We had a 2 bedroom family apartment which was huge, beautifully furnished and overlooking the pool. Cannot fault it. 6. Breakfast was disappointing out of all the meals. Very limited and like someone else has said a lot of flies. We ended up not bothering which again was annoying as we had committed to the all inclusive option. Overall this hotel is really lovely and definitely worth a visit and if the staff and menu issues were addressed I would happily give it a 5* review.

Really nice hotel, although somewhat warn down. Clean, pleasant staff, spaceous rooms and good lunch and dinner. Two big pools where you can soak up sun. Breakfast was the only drawback - a simple buffet, which was okay, but it attracted quite a few flies - would be nice if the dishes were covered by lids.

We booked this hotel based on reviews from here and ******* to spend the last week of our summer holiday. Hotel grounds are beautiful, unfortunately the room didn’t reflect the outdoor settings. They were dated and didn’t meet the basic standards. Rooms didn’t feel clean, the smell of damp/mould coming from the wardrobes was overwhelming, bedding was badly ripped, stains in the bath tub and toilet seat lid was broken. Not as peaceful as they promote themselves to be, as we had people moving heavy furniture in the middle of night also there were a few people talking by our window late in the night. We understand the accommodation is not 5 stars but it needs at least to meet the basic hygiene standards. The staff working for the hotel were kind but the Director’s lack of customer service and understanding when we decided to change our stay due to the poor state of the rooms was really disappointing. He was determined not to give our money back. If you are on a budget or want to spend a nice time with your family and is looking for somewhere not too expensive to stay in Marrakesh, please check before booking this place. It was our first time in Marrakesh and the first impression wasn’t pleasant at all. The photos that I attached were from the 2nd room that we were given. Luckily we found another hotel that made us feel very welcome and really looked after us!

2 very chilled days here after being in the Sahara desert. Grounds are well kept and pools spotless. Staff are friendly and helpful. Could find no fault with accommodation. Beds were comfy.Free shuttle into town was nice extra. Evening menu could be a little more varied..wish we had planned better and could have stayed longer.

Great enjoyable stay. The manager Nicolas, Adia and the entire Team were amazing. Calm, clean and spacious hotel with 2 pools. The suite was very well furnished and very suitable to us. The food and service was amazing. Our family do appreciate their kindness.

The property is beautiful: rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, the gardens and pools well kept. Unfortunately the service was not impressive at all! Compared to our 10 days Morocco experience traveling the country, quite a let down.
