Staff and hotel we couldn’t fault. The staff were so helpful nothing was too much trouble we got two phone calls to check all was okay. Highly recommend both the restaurants. Salah extremely friendly kept us hydrated whilst chilling around the pool.

Our experience at the hotel was truly delightful from start to finish. We found it incredibly easy to explore the city walking around or using taxis with a price of 50 dirhams. Also, we were impressed with the hotel staff. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel at home from the very first moment. No request was too much trouble, and they were always ready to offer valuable recommendations and assistance with a smile. Last mention for the hotel itself, it was fantastic, impeccably clean and well maintained, it offered a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. highly recommended to watch the sunset and the fun local dances offered by the rooftop restaurant.

Excellent stay at Nobu Marrakech! Everything about my stay was fantastic. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you’re happy and everything you need is taken care of. I specifically want to call out Hicham and Houssain. My friend organized a bottle of champagne and flowers to be delivered to my room while I was out on a tour. I came back to a beautiful arrangement and champagne on ice. Very nice touch Nobu! Houssain was also extremely helpful and hospitable with coordinating transfers and tours of Marrakech on my last day at the hotel. My entire stay in Morocco and Marrakech specifically were impeccable. My only thing that I didn’t care for was my bathroom in my suite. Quite small and the drain for the shower was right below the rain shower head. The shower, tub setup was not well designed and when you’re standing under the shower head, you’re basically standing over a metal cap that covers the drain. Everything else and everyone was amazing! Oh and I went to the Agafay desert one night and came back full of mosquitoe bites. The waiter at breakfast was even nice enough to apply limes to them and help me soothe the discomfort of the bites on my legs. Talk about going above and beyond!! Thank you for the lovely stay. Would stay here again for sure!!

Most definitely I am returning back to Nobu the next time I visit Marrakech. 3 nights there and it felt that I could have stayed more. Located 2 mins walk from the Medina Marrakech walls, it is away from the touristic craziness and yet so close to it. It is also within the so called “Golden Triangle” with most fancy and luxurious clubs, rooftops being there. It is a very new hotel, just 1 year old. We got collected from the airport (15 mins drive), welcomed with tea and quickly checked in. The rooms are spacious, perfectly furnished, excellent air-conditioning system. Super comfy bed and pillows. The breakfast is formidable, during the weekend there is a chill traditional live Moroccan music provided by a local guy. The rooftop is the other thing worth being mentioned. Almost a 360C view, place for drinks, dinner, sun-bathing, excellent sound system with a DJ delivering Afro-Oriental house music… and a perfect view towards the Medina walls and the sunset. The staff is kind, friendly and attentive. Even if sometimes not very quick, you can see. that they are doing their best. I enjoyed every single minute staying at Nobu Marrakech

Paid a high price for 2 night stay. Worst experience ever had in a hotel. No service as understaffed. Food over priced. The security allow escorts in and turn a blind eye, but stop mother and daughter as mistaken for escorts. Whole experience gave me ptsd. Complained to head office and received a lame reply and an apology in form of a free glass of coke!!!! Save your money and go elsewhere as it’s full of escorts advertising on snap chat and the service is non existent!!!

Amazing three night stay. The staff are the best especially Tariq and Leyla who looked after us. We had a 6 course Nobu dining experience with Mr Nobu himself who happened to be visiting at the same time. Pool area upstairs is very relaxing and unique. Spa is amazing although difficult to communicate with the masseuses as I don’t speak French. Zara gave an amazing massage.

Our stay at Nobu Hotel Marrakech was outstanding. We loved it from the moment we arrived. Exceptional staff combined with the interior of the hotel and beautiful rooms was just an outstanding experience. the rooftop was very relaxing too. Selma at the front desk stood out as an amazing person who were there to serve us. Very friendly and always there too help. I do recommend Nobu Marrakech for everyone who is looking for something truly amazing and relaxing!
