Very nice hotel and kind & caring staff. We stayed there 4 nights 5 days. The hotel has a great location. It is a boutique hotel. Our room was very beautiful, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is ready on time and it is very tasty. The hotel staff is friendly and polite that you feel safe in happy there. I recommend this place if you make your way to Marrakech.

Stylish little hotel in a former private residence with a handful of generous rooms, good beds, excellent location just outside Medina in walking distance of main sights. Could be a real gem with better trained staff, some improvements on rather standard breakfast, better heating and a more stable Wi-Fi. Credit card payment was „not working“.

This is a lovely quiet hotel with pluses and minuses, we stayed for 3 nights and it was a good experience overall: - The pluses are the rooms are a great size (ours was, it had patio doors that led out the pool), the shower was big enough to have a party in!. The Staff are friendly and helpful and the location is good to get to the main square. The negative for us, was a lack of Bar, but nothing stopping you going to a shop and buying some, although do not expect any ice from the hotel. the Air conditioning was not great but adequate for May around 30'C. The breakfast was basic, Omelette with or without cheese, bread, pancakes, yoghurt, orange juice and a hot drink. If you stay here we would recommend going to Poka - an Asian cuisine restaurant about 5-10 minutes walk away.

Good location, the rooms are clean and well equipped. On the other hand, the TV is very buggy. The breakfast is not really good and not so plentiful, contrary to the reviews we have read, the butter and jam are canteen quality. The staff is friendly and nothing more. The air conditioning in the rooms is ok but the one in the lobby is not strong enough.

Excellent séjour au sein de ce très bel établissement. Accueil très très chaleureux avec une équipe formidable et aux petits soins. Cuisine excellente et établissement très propre. Merci à Hasna (pour ces bons plats et son sourire), Nezha, Kamel et Mohamed pour leur sens de l'hospitalité marocaine! L'emplacement de l'établissement est très appréciable et vous permets de profiter du calme tout en étant proche du centre. JE RECOMMANDE VIVEMENT...

Nous avons réservé cette hôtel pour 6 nuits avec mon mari. Au vu des commentaires positifs et des jolies photos nous nous sommes dit qu’il n’y aurait aucun problème. Sauf qu’en arrivant… CATASTROPHE ! On nous attribue une chambre en sous sol ! Qui donne sur la route avec seulement un petit grillage pour séparer. Isolation sonore pas top, sécurité pas top (accès à notre chambre facile de l’extérieur et aucun coffre fort dans la chambre alors qu’il était mentionné lors de la réservation de la « suite ») mais le pire reste LA MOISISSURE sur les murs vraiment je suis choqué qu’on puisse louer une tel chambre. Nous avons demandé a changer de chambre mais impossible car hôtel complet. Seule solution faire un mail à la manager qui se trouve.. en vacance en Espagne ! J’attends toujours qu’elle me réponde. Après avoir attendu quelques heures nous avons finalement dû annuler notre réservation (annulation avec frais bien sûr) et trouver un autre hôtel en urgence, merci le stress. De quoi passer un bon début de vacance. Bref je déconseille.

J’ai pas trouver la disponibilité dans beaucoup d’hôtel à Marrakech et j’ai choisi cet établissement qui est bien noté pour la testé et je me suis impressionné par le cadre familial et le service de tout le staff et surtout Mme Fatima la réceptionniste qui m’a donné tout le service nécessaire Vraiment bravo et j’invite les touristes de séjourner dans cet établissement vous ne le regretterez pas Nabil Séjour du 12 et 13 octobre

Sejour de 5 jours dans ce magnifique riad proche de tout un grand merci a Fatima pour sa gentillesse et ses petits gâteaux. A abdellah pour sa générosité et ses bons conseils et au charmant Youssef pour l accueil et la disponibilité. Allez y les yeux fermés pour une parenthèse enchantée à Marrackech.
