The driver picked us up from the airport which was easily arranged through the host. Easy check in with Hassan and good communication from the host Sobha. Breakfast was great and plentiful and the evening meal on arrival was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Tours were also arranged through Sobha and there was plenty of room in our private transport. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Road to future guests!

Dont expect them to answer Whatsapp after 8pm. I had a problem with my reservation in this place. I tried to contact the owner trough a France Whatsapp number, never answered. I tried to contact the manager trough a Whatsapp number, left my message in seen. I finally was able to contact the receptionist and told me that he had no tools to manage the online reservations. Ive travelled multiple times across multiple countries but this specific experience made me feel as if I was only a transaction to them.

Just returned from this Riad with a group of friends to celebrate our 60th birthdays. Honestly the Riad itself was amazing. So clean and plenty of room for us all. It had a lovely pool and roof top terrace to chill. Sobha the and her staff couldn’t do enough for us. Including booking taxis, arranging trips, meals and plenty of recommendations to explore the area. A special shout out for Abdul and Hassan. They couldn’t do enough for us and were so kind. We also had a spa treatment at the Riad which was really relaxing and very reasonable. I would definitely recommend staying here if you visit Marrakesh

A 60th birthday trip to Marrakech spending 4 nights ar the wonderful Riad Berenssi. It was our Oasis, we were looked after impeccably by the staff with special mention to Abdul Hassan and Sobha. Nothing g was too much trouble for them ensuring we got as many new experiences as possible during our short stay. I highly recommend staying at Riad Berenssi, Many thanks 😊

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent! Such a beautiful Riad, spacious, clean but what really made it was the staff who were amazing! Staff just could not do enough for us. Booked trips, restaurants arranged taxis for us always above and beyond. I highly recommend staying at this Riad.

What a wonderful time we had at this property for a recent stay for a group of 10 friends. The staff honestly couldn’t do enough for you. An oasis of a property just on the outskirts of the city walls but a short taxi ride into the medina. Shobha the manager ensured everything was at our fingertips and sorted out taxis, restaurants and trips out for us. The staff were all wonderful with a special shout out for Abdul and Hassan. The evening meal we had on our last night was particularly delicious so hats off to the chef as well! Honestly nothing for us to critique here. If you want a lovely stay in Marrakech this is the place for you. I just wish we had extra time to explore the locality of the Riad and soak up the quieter environment just outside of the main square and the city. I would highly recommend it.

What a beautiful find… service was impeccable the rooms were very clean and well maintained the riad was superb beautiful roof top restaurant small pool and attentive staff The owners and staff were beyond wonderful always available on departure and arrival at riad Location I was initially worried but owners so attentive and happy to organise taxis etc felt very safe there

The staff at the hotel are so friendly, especially Abdul & Hassan. The host Sobha was very friendly and made a point of meeting us. We arranged return transfers from the airport through Sobha and this was very easy once we arrived. We also arranged a trip through Sobha and we had comfortable transfers and friendly drivers!
