就是家衞生非常差的民宿，入住第一位晚，洗澡水漏到整個房間，房間到處是水，跟不知道誰的頭髮，漏水房間也把被單也弄濕了，被單被他們取走，卻無法換新被單，理由酒店已無第二條被單，同時發現床上各種臟東西。本定二晚房間，第二天堅決換其他酒店入住，第二天房費酒店堅持收取，理由為酒店設施不好及酒店衞生不好，不可以為取消第二天房間的理由，實在噁心的一家酒店

We are 4 ladies who stayed here due to our original accommodation being cancelled. We stayed for a week . What luck ! We wanted to relax in between the few excursions we took and this is exactly what we got. Staff were kind and attentive from the minute we arrived. They are so friendly and made us feel very welcome and at home. The villa is beautiful and peaceful and the pool and gardens well kept. Breakfast is very good but we weren't keen on the evening menu so they kindly made us food which we enjoyed. We really have nothing to negative to say except it is miles from nowhere, but we took plenty of snacks with us and bought drinks from when we went out. The hotel serves soft drinks and water so we wanted for nothing. One evening we asked for lemonade but they had none so we said its ok, but they went off on their motorbike to get us some ! cant stress enough how kind the staff were. I would love to return in future. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing week😊

On our second night, we arrived tired from our desert tour and asked for dinner. The receptionist treated us rudely and said we should have told him in advance that we wanted dinner. Isn't dinner the least a hotel should provide for its guests? I thought it was rude and impolite to a guest. After we insisted, he agreed to serve dinner, but we could hear him arguing with the kitchen staff from the reception desk. I think they didn't want to make us dinner either. And another really disappointing thing: our room hadn't been cleaned. We were out all day, and they didn't clean our room, our bathroom, or even change the towels. I even asked for a broom to clean it myself. In short, this male receptionist doesn't know how to be polite to guests. We appreciate being treated well and given a good welcome. The receptionist who was here at the hotel the day we arrived was very nice, very kind, very polite. A+ for him. But the second one shouldn't even be there.

I had an amazing time, it was a great opportunity for me to rest and discover the culture of Marrakech all in the same place . Good service, clean space and extremely welcoming staff All together made my trip to Morocco so much better. This place is still engraved in my memory (the food, the people, the place …)

Staying at this villa in Marrakech was pure peace. Beautiful design, a lush garden, and a refreshing pool made it a perfect retreat. Mornings with mint tea, nights under the stars—an unforgettable escape. I highly recommend the service was excellent

The riad is outside the city with a drive to the center taking around 15min and no services in walking distance. With that said the hotel itself was really nice and the pool is a big plus. The staff was very supportive and friendly.

Amazing accomodation!
Superb accomodation, in terms of space, cleanliness and comfort. Only downside is location, it's 20mins away from main city with no shops around it.

The staff at the Riad make you feel like you are at staff. The service is very professional and the property is well appointed with a pool, spa and lots of space for relaxing. The breakfast was free, and incredible! Omlette, orange juice, French toast, so many delicious pasteries all on a large plate. Lunch and Dinner was incredible, all with local choices as well as pizza and fries. My room was much better than I dreamed with a very large terrace over the pool. I also had time to check out the spa and experience the Hammam treatment. Highly recommended!
