Hôtel la Citta Rossa

Very friendly staff, very helpful even with a stroller to make it easier to get into the hotel.

Location: well located in Guéliz Parking in front of the establishment. It is for these 2 advantages that I gave a star. Otherwise, this establishment lacks the basic minimum: we booked as much as a family and they left only one bath towel and when I asked for 3 for the other adults in my family the receptionist was not happy because he said it was not included. By insisting he gave me 2 others including a small face towel. There was no equipment to prepare food except a teapot. The toilet flush did not work. Impossible to hang the shower head on the wall bracket because a vice was missing. There was no duvet cover. The work is not finished, there were still pipes coming out of the walls in a bedroom and on the balcony. There were cockroaches in the kitchen. There was not a broom as a minimum to keep the apartment clean during our stay. There was no washing machine. Certainly at the reception they offered to do it for us but it is heavy to leave them our clothes every time we need to wash them especially since my brother's experience is not encouraging; he had to call the receptionists several times and wait more than 24 hours to finally be able to get his shirt and T-shirts back. The refrigerator did not cool whatever the degree we chose. Although it is located in a small street but it is very noisy day and night. I do not recommend this hotel / apartment because it does not even have the standards for a basic hospitality establishment.
