It was very lovely staying at this hotel. I will definitely be back.

酒店服務員熱情周到，但是如果連住就不給打掃房間了，酒店沒有洗衣服的地方。

The hotel staff are warm and considerate, but they will not clean the room if you stay consecutively. There is no place to wash clothes in the hotel.

位置好，對面就是MALL，設施雖老舊但乾淨整潔，配有微波爐方便熱食，樓下大堂有檸檬冰水。

The location is good, opposite to the mall, the facilities are old but clean and tidy, equipped with a microwave oven for hot food, there is lemon ice water in the downstairs lobby.

2 of 4 elevators that had been inspected 2 months before were out of service (the technician was coming Wednesday - what one was never detailed).  The bathtub drain backed up and spewed black gunk into the tub - four requests for maintenance were ignored but when we left, they thought maybe they would take the room out of service.  The daytime staff was indifferent, the young man in the evening was personable and tried to be helpful.    Once you leave the shiny lobby it is outdated, dirty, and badly in need of plumbing repair, ceiling repairs for the moldy water leaks.  You get the picture.  However, the free breakfast for some reason is very well done, great choices, and a pleasant helpful staff.

I had a great experience, the staff was great, breakfast was good & the room was clean. They are pet friendly. Also my favorite restaurant Chipotle is right around the corner. Overall it was great no complaints. I will definitely return in the near future.
