I actually stayed at this hotel the night after my wedding with my new wife. It was really a great experience, the hotel was clean, service was good, they are complementary water. The rooms were spacious, modern with multiple TVs. Check out and check and we’re easy, seamless. Hotel breakfast is a bit pricey at $27 per person.

First of all, the facilities in some rooms are broken, no replacement and repair Second, we lost a pair of earphones in the hotel, made numerous phone calls, and checked into the hotel again. Everyone has different opinions. There is no standard service standard. Is there no unified handling method for the lost items of customers? One thing for sure is the breakfast, and some of the female waiters serve it really well.

The room is not too small, the overall sanitation is not bad, the bed is comfortable, free parking is available, there are not many varieties of breakfast, but the bread is good! The room is in the Chinese district of Markham, opposite to the movie theater in the shopping mall. The hotel is very new. The room is very large and clean. The decoration is very Marriott, gray color, the bed is large, the bedding is comfortable, the bath water is very large and comfortable, from the front desk to the guest room There is nothing wrong with the service. The standard of a five-star hotel is certainly not comparable to that of a five-star hotel in China. I am very satisfied~ Markham is still a long way from the city. It costs about $40 to take a taxi to the city center or North York. If you come to Toronto for the first time to check in attractions, it is not recommended to live in Markham, Markham is a Chinese district, a paradise for Chinese stomach~

This hotel was very easy to book through Titanium elite services. They made the process very easy and gave us a nice upgrade. They were very helpful with accommodating with the suite that offers a small full kitchen including dishwasher, silverware, microwave, regular size fridge, kitchen sink, coffee maker Lots of living room space and tv in living-room and bedroom. Easy for parking. They have space outside for large F250 trucks since a truck won’t fit in their covered parking.

The hotel is about 40 mins walk from the quaint, historic town of Unionville and about 45 mins drive from Toronto. There is a train that runs direct from Unionville to Toronto. There are a few restaurants in Unionville and Markham, close to the hotel. The lobby area is a great space with wide open bar and restaurant with an impressive ceiling helix-like decoration above them. The gym on the third floor had ellipticals, treadmills, bikes and plenty of free weights and several weight machines. There is a lounge on the fourth floor, sadly the coffee maker was not working on our visit, but thankfully we were offered delicious coffee from the coffee maker in the bar on the ground floor. We moved rooms because our first room looked out across the street to another block of offices and shops, which we did not like. The second room looked out over the parking area but at least there was no construction and the view was open and bright. A big thanks to Ashan (receptionist- I hope I didn't spell your name wrong) for kindly moving us and to the bar staff- Bernice and Watson for being so attentive. Thanks for introducing us to some delicious Canadian wine from Niagara! The rooms were clean but we were surprised to see that the cupboards and shelves were open and did not have doors to them like in most Marriott hotels.

This hotel was fabulous from the pleasant check-in experience to the lovely breakfast the following morning. My expectations were exceeded. The room was spacious and immaculate, parking and wifi were included and the selection of hot and cold items for the complimentary breakfast were abundant and delicious. I will stay here again for sure on a future trip to Toronto!

The hotel facilities are outdated, and the room TV is probably not seen in the country. There are electric kettles and microwaves in the rooms. The room facilities are quite convenient. The hotel is in a good location, very close to Times Square, Markham Square, shopping malls and supermarkets There are many specialties around and parking is free.
