Amazing place, very clean and beautiful rooms, stuff are very kind and helpful

Everything is great.

Very good hotel, right next to Highway 7, very convenient if you drive, because the hotel parking is free. There are many Chinese supermarkets and restaurants around, the hotel was newly renovated not long ago, although the outside is not eye-catching, but the room facilities are good, very clean, the gym equipment is very good, breakfast is not free, but there are many food around. The hotel is quiet and safe, recommended!

The facilities are complete and the sanitary conditions are acceptable. It is being renovated and the environment around the lobby on the first floor is not very good. The coffee bar is also fake. The service attitude was average, basically no service staff was seen.

The hotel is being renovated and its name has also been changed to Delta. I was taken there by the navigation system. I thought I was wrong. There are gravel roads at the entrance and it is difficult to park the car. I only went from the parking lot to the lobby. The bottom of the box was severely worn. I gave it to me. I had a room facing the street, facing Hwy 7. For a person with jet lag, I could just lie down and fall asleep. Normally, I would probably have had insomnia all night. However, the room has been renovated and the hardware is very new.

Hotel service is very good

Overall my stay was an enjoyable experience. If I had any complaints it is that the shower water wasn’t very hot. It was warm but since I am always cold I appreciate a warmer than normal shower compared to others. 😊

As a four stars hotel, customer service need to be improved. Front desk employee had no smile and just wanted to charge money from your card. And we requested room slippers from him, he told me that they would send them to our room. However, no one showed up, and i tried to call the room service or front desk for half an hour, the all lines were busy all the time. Comparing to Countryard Marriott, their customer service were much better than here. They let you feel like that you are always welcoming back to their stay.

My stay was great, the front desk and service staff were especially helpful and polite. Great spot.

Second day into a four day stay … hotel Sent me a text that my reservation had been cancelled Tried to reach them but lines were continuously busy Had to leave a dinner reservation to get back to the hotel to sort it out and …. When I showed the front desk the text they had sent … got no apology. Just … “Computer does that sometimes. Your reservation is good.” I stepped away from the rather pompous fellow at the front desk before I erupted in displeasure. Dinner and meeting was ruined and unable to reset for another day. So …. Delta Hotel Markham … or possibly anywhere… never again.

They have water hydration tablets at the front desk and in your room with complementary water.Great added touch!
