Cooking was not allowed during my friend’s stay. The place was not clean, and the overall atmosphere was very unpleasant

As another reviews mentions, the place is infested with bed bugs. If you dont know how bad this is, google it. You will need to be quarantined and fumigate anywhere you come into contact with furniture after. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Place smells bad, and toilets are dirty.

I left after one night; I had never seen an accommodation this dirty! In the room the floor was not clean, and there was a lot of dust. But the bathroom is what made me leave. The sink looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks; same thing for the toilet, plus it wasn’t flushed when I got there, and the shower was covered in mold!! I was the only one staying in the basement, so the dirt wasn’t done by another traveler.
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!!

The wall-mounted panels, which appeared to be intended for noise cancellation, were purely decorative and provided no noticeable sound reduction. Noise from the upper level was clearly audible throughout the stay, even at midnight. Additionally, parking was limited, and the situation was further impacted by the fact that the owner sleeps on the property, occupying one of the already scarce parking spots, which further reduced availability for guests.

It was very easy, no problems checking. It was just what I needed, a quick get away from the world for some much needed R&R.
