The room was spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities provided. The breakfast was wonderful and provided a wide range of food. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

酒店很新，房間寬敞整潔，我們晚上到的，地下車庫很方便，電梯直接上大堂。值班經理業務能力效率都很ok。 説下不太滿意的地方，拼裝水在這裏感覺很珍貴，我們六個人，三張2m床，這個配置沒有問題吧，房間兩瓶水當然是有點欠缺的，我們兩間房打電話過去房務中心拿水，那邊都要強調一遍“我們房間衹贈送兩瓶水”然後才讓人送過來。在路上遇到阿姨，找阿姨拿水，她們還沒有權限，一定要先通過前台，才能拿到水，這一點我是有點難以理解的。 再者就是早餐，訂酒店的時候一個房間配了兩份，那我們差了兩份嘛，經理很熱情給我們送了一份，看了身份證，我弟是小孩子，到時可以直接進去，然後我們就沒再理會了。但是第二天我們一家人去吃早餐，守餐廳門口的那位女工作人員，説我弟太高了不可以進去，我們解釋了，然後還通電話過去，人家經理説可以，但是她還不鬆口，最後我們就補票進去，這其實不是一張飯票的問題，這很影響我們出門的心情，也不是説強制要送，這玩意兒也不太值錢，既然我們出門選擇了你們，説明我們對你們酒店品牌的信任，建議內部可以協調好各方面的彈性原則，能花錢到這裏住，就不差那一瓶水和一頓早餐，希望你們也可以拿出相符的服務態度和品質，謝謝。 btw 健身房也有點噱頭成分。
