房間設施齊全舒適，景區內各種遊樂活動很適合家庭出遊，因為雨天沒有完整體驗温泉區域，房間的泡池設計非常適合我們，滿足感十分。特別謝謝李強李經理的熱心幫助，在隱世感十足的温泉酒店還能享受到喜來登標準的服務，必須力推給身邊的朋友。

到預約當天下午臨時有事去不成，攜程和酒店幫忙改了期，服務槓槓的。到了酒店還給升了有泡池的房間，晚上好趕上節目表演，從陽台剛好看到。環境很贊

趁着假日和小伴侶來到茂名這家喜來登度假，從進門到離開，一直感覺都是特別棒特別棒的，工作人員非常熱情，有位高高的前台小哥哥特別貼心，雖然一個小動作，但我們印在心中。
雙早雙晚的餐式也非常滿意，刺身供應很及時，菜品也很多，比我們當地喜來登更豐富呢，嘻嘻，露台房晚上更能看到酒店安排的歌舞表演，實在漂亮。
另外，因為我們買的是套票含御水古温泉，這一點非常失望，裏面很多設施都是壞的，也有一部分不開放，如果維修或者整頓希望能及時公佈告知，我們去玩的最終什麼也沒玩到，御水古的設施也有點舊了，既然温泉門票和喜來登酒店一同發售作為套票模式，也希望酒店能監督以及提前報備一下那邊的情況，不要讓客人落空。
總體來説，喜來登是滿分的。

設施：喜來登五星標準沒有問題，除了地點比較偏遠，沒有汽車充電樁以外，其他都挺滿意的。對了，攜程顯示停車要收費，事實上在前台掃碼就可以減免，希望能更正
環境：依山傍水，空氣很好，晚上聽取蛙聲一片，就是蚊子很多，注意不要開窗
服務：接待人員都是笑

首先，這是一家非常值得一住的酒店！環境超秀美，日間温度適宜，微風送爽，散步登山。入夜蛙鳴風婉，仙女們曲徑亭台飄飄欲仙（歌舞），月光湯泉人與自然溶為一體，閑情浪漫！
還有，客服一流非常稱讚！無論大堂歺廳，動線設計，所到之處賓至如歸。歺食豐富，口味極佳，就歺佈局輕奢整潔，家的温暖！
最後，我們是一清早從海南陵水出發→海口新港→徐聞港（最辛苦的一段）→茂名入住這家酒店（當天下午近4點到達的。原本身體疲憊，經過這裏休整，次日早起居然可以有精力爬山！
強烈建議：離島自駕的朋友們走起，享受艱辛與愉悦的旅程！！
