I had a fantastic experience at Eurotel Ermita.
There are numerous reasons why it should be your top option the next time you visit Manila.
With low accommodation prices, especially when you book via Trip.com, you may get the best deals for your stay.
Amazing location right across from Robinson's Manila and a short trip to SM Manila. UP-Manila, UP-Philippine General Hospital, and other government institutions are all nearby.
My only suggestion, I hope every time guests orders food for room service, they should immediately issue receipts upon delivering the food and collecting the payment.
Traffic in Manila is unavoidable, but with proper time management and planning, getting to the airport terminals is a breeze.
The front desk, bell boys, utilities, and dining staff will all greet you with a warm smile. They would be happy to assist you.
If you're checking out but still need to explore the city or do errands, you can safely leave your luggage at the hotel and get it later.
Overall, it was an incredible experience. Will I book another stay at the Eurotel Ermita? My answer is a big yes!

It is an old hotel. So manage your expectations. Having said that, we had a comfortable and convenient stay. It is near hospitals (our purpose was to go to a follow up check up), malls, museums and parks (second purpose, family outing) The hotel is clean enough. There is hot water (shower). It smells like an old hotel when you step inside, but it is clean, I didn't see cockroaches haha They change beddings and towels every other day, or upon request. I think they could improve on the laundry of their towels and beddings though. Hindi naman ako nangati. Aircon is cool. Elevator is old in style, but still works. Overall it was a good stay, sulit for the price. Specially that wr had a five year old with us. I also love how they still have newspapers. Most guests are families, or older people hehe probably on government business.

There is no Restaurant but there are great restaurants within walking distances in the neighbourhood. Safety is guaranteed. Good for both long term and short stay.

We booked a Superior King room and was upgraded to a Premiere King room that is much bigger. The hotel smells so good. I noticed there was only 1 receptionist in the front office so waiting is expected when checking in and out. The room is basic but it really is spacious. Itโs too big for the rate we paid for. The TV is just an LCD TV, not smart. Beddings seem old but they smell good. No bath robes. No slippers. No coffee / tea / sugar but thereโs an electric kettle in the room and free water in the hallway. Water pressure is good. Bathroom fixtures seem new. Thereโs bidet and free toiletries. Only 2 bath towels were provided. Our upgraded room is generous with furnitures. Good internet signal in the room. Weโll certainly go back to this hotel. Take note that thereโs a โฑ2,000 security deposit upon check in and parking slots are limited. Hotel is walking distance from famous binondo restaurants so if youโre planning for a food trip in binondo, this hotel is my best bet. All hotel staff are accommodating and friendly. We love this hotel.

My latest stay at the Savoy Hotel was much better compared to my last stay late of last year, which was more of a rollercoaster ride of mishaps. With the troubles we had with our room and the attending manager who seemed to have mastered the art of ignoring us while promising help that never materialized and just thinking he can just give his calling card and all will be fixed. Talk about a letdown!
But this time? Smooth sailing all the way! From the moment I checked in, it felt like I was in a whole world? ๐
The staffโwhether it was the friendly guards, the concierge, or the housekeeping crewโwere like rays of sunshine. Polite, friendly, and genuinely eager to help, they made me feel right at home. And the breakfast wasnโt bad at all.
Now, there was a bit of a hiccup with the pool being closed for at least two days due to a private event if Iโm not mistaken. I mean, who doesnโt love a good swim to unwind? I had originally thought of lounging at the poolside, and splashing around, but alas, it wasnโt meant to be this time. With not many activities on my Manila agenda, I was hoping for a refreshing dip and some quality relaxation at the hotel. A little disappointing but wasnโt really a big of a deal.
A quick note for the management: the wall socket in my room could use a little TLC. It felt like it had seen better days, as it was a bit loose when I tried to charge my phone and laptop. A minor annoyance in the grand scheme of things, but itโs worth a mention!
All in all, this stay was a delightful turnaround from our last visit. Iโd say it was an overall pleasant experience, and I left with a much better taste in my mouth. Hereโs to hoping my next visit continues this upward trend!

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and 4 nights. The hotel staff are all very polite and friendly. The bellman took our luggage to our room. They greeted us very nicely. It took us less than 5 minutes to check-in. The room was clean and neat. The facilities are good since the hotel is relatively still new.
The only downside is that there is a bit of a funky smell in the room. The windows can't be opened so there isn't any ventilation.
The hotel is very close to SM Aura, which is very good.

FFauzi AzizLocated in Malate, lyf was located within a 5-minute walk to a big shopping mall so it was super convenient for you to get meals, necessities and everything else. The service was top-notch, with the staff and security always ensuring that we were safe and taken care of. The room in itself was modern and clean so our stay was very comfortable. Don't expect 5-star amenities though but it was completely fine for my friends and I as we were mostly out and about exploring the city anyway. Overall, would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

AAnonymous UserIt was our 2nd time to book to this hotel. The room was spacious and clean but the view from our hotel room was a roof, though we could still see the harbour view from afar. I requested for a room with a view when I booked it but when we got there the room we got was not granted, According to the staff the hotel was fully booked. It was a great place.The ambience of the hotel lobby is warm, welcoming and festive.They served sumptuous breakfast buffet.
The staff were very nice, very friendly and very accommodating. ๐

Curiously, it does not have the bar. I stayed two months until it closed due to covid. It is only about ten minutes walk form large SM shopping centre . Highly recommended

GGuest UserWe stayed at Winford overnight to celebrate my brother's birthday. I could say it was a very nice experience. When we arrived, the room was already available. I even requested for a room on a higher floor and they gave me a good one. The ambience and lighting fixtures were really nice and the waiting area with sofa as well. We stayed at an Executive Suite. The room was also nice. It had a bath tub, separate shower and 2 wash basin. There is also another toilet upon entry but with watercloset and wash basin. The view was also nice though its more of houses and the rizal mountains. The pool size has a good size and not crowded and also heated. We had dinner at the poolbar since they have Acoustic band playing on saturdays. The service was a bit slow since there were lots of people and the food came from the ****** kitchen. Also, they do not accept room charging if it exceeds the 2k deposit. First time to experience this, good thing my brother brought his wallet. Food and liquor was good too. For breakfast, they also have a good selection however they do not have bacon :( sad. Nonetheless, the breakfast experience was good as well. They also sent a birthday cake for my brother. Check-out was fast too. One downside is the parking area which was on the 7th floor. It was a round swirl going up or down and caused us to be dizzy. Overall, i recommend this hotel. It is not very high-end but the service and people are good and facilities are nice. P.S. We were not able to go to the ****** as we have a kid with us.

Elegant old-world interiors with checkerboard floors in the lobbies and hallways, intricate wrought-iron railings, and beautiful Spanish tiles and brocade wallpaper in the suites. Some common areas, like the central courtyard, need a little TLC but are quietly lovely with trailing flowers and birds chirping above. The pool is a good size, not overly large, but with a great bay view. Parking is adequate for guests though might be a struggle if there is an event in the 1000-person ballroom. We had a gorgeous, comfortable corner suite with windows overlooking the bay on one side and the park on the other side. The giant king bed was luxurious and a delight to sleep on, and the huge bathtub was a treat for the kids. The hotel cafe has a delicious breakfast buffet featuring different regional dishes, and there is also a rooftop restaurant and bar with a perfect panorama for cocktails paired with the famous Manila Bay sunset. There are some quirky policies though, like the need to pay on the spot for ala carte orders rather than charging them to your room. Also because this is an old building, there is kind of a split floor plan where the hotel has two wings. Each wing has its own suites but only one has direct access to the poolside and spa, so if you're in the other one, you need to pass thru the lobby and transfer elevators to get there. It wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but is something to consider when you book. The best part though was the service. Every person was warm and gracious, and a real pleasure to deal with. Rushdee at the front desk and Prince at the roofdeck took exceptional care of our family during our stay. It is also walking distance to family attractions like the Manila Ocean Park, Museo Pambata, and of course Rizal Park. All in all a memorable and wonderful place to stay in the city of Manila.

TTW2024Elevator to 5th floor and walk 1 floor up to our floor. Got room 613. Very long room so itโs good. Old room. The shower room is wet at the door whole night because that part is lower than other parts. Very good aircon. Having a basin to wash dishes same like in an apar**ent. Fast Wi-Fi. Reception lady spoke English not so good but we could still understand each other about the check-in, 1000 Peso deposit and registration. Room is not as clean as it should be and there are about 2 to 3 baby cockroaches. Noisy area as expected but no problem to me. Low room rate so it is ok to stay for a night. Right at Tayuman LRT Station. Walk into the road between greenwich pizza and Inasal

GGuest UserA hard place to find, you have to call a customer service representative just to tell you where is the exact location. The Reddoorz @ grand lodge is located with in the premises of the official Grand lodge which is by the way close, ao you have to go arounr and around to find the place. Which is exhausted! And they serve bfast at 9am!!! ๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ the only good thing about is the customer service of reddoorz, kudos to them they are so very helpful. But for the property not a good experience tho.

RRowel IsaacI have a booking from Jan 8 to 12 2024. I came around 3am. I couldnt check in because the system says im NO SHOW. I was asked by the Front Desk to wait till 2pm to have my room ready and i have to pay again. The customer service of REDDOORZ handled the issue very well. They checked in me in the system and i was anle to have a room in 15minutes. They reinstated my original booking. Only invalidating the day i didnt arrive. With regards to the room, there is an unusual smell inside. Smells like decaying flesh. Im not sure if it is in the AC or somewhere else like bed corners, sheets, comforter, or probably ceiling.
