This is my second time this year to check-in this hotel The hotel staff are very hospitable, accommodating and attentive to their customer's needs. I commend Don at the Front Desk who nicely and warmly grant our request that all four rooms I booked on behalf of the delegates be in the same floor. The rooms are all spacious. The breakfast is yummy. Looking forward when all renovations are done

Highly recommended place to stay when around Pasay. This is our Go-To hotel whenever we are on trip in manila. Close to restaurants, convenient stores and airports. The place is not a modern type but well maintained in terms of cleanliness and the service is awesome. The staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. Parking space is limited, you can opt for valet parking with a fee (100pesos/day) 2-3blocks from hotel. Highlight: They have two computer stations available for guests to use if you need an important file/document to print with no fee.

As usual staff, security and attendant are all impressive and helpful! They made sure that we are comfortable and easy during arrival and departure in their hotel. Superb customer service!!! The location was great as I have activities to do at Quirino Grandstand. The facilities and room was pleasing to the eye. However, the walls are thin, you can overhear your neighbors. There was only one door key, which can be inconvenient when you’re sharing the room with a friend. I hope you give at least 2 room keys. The aquarium wall was beautiful, however the glass needs to be cleaned.

I’d rate my stay at Red Planet Binondo a solid 4 out of 5. We chose this hotel for our food crawl in the Binondo area, and it was a great base for our culinary adventure. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the showers were nice, with convenient soap and shampoo dispensers. The only downside was the lack of a refrigerator in the room, which would have been useful for storing leftovers from our food crawl. Without it, we had to consume everything right away. The room was clean, and its location was ideal, being close to all the areas I wanted to visit. I'd like to rate their service as more than excellent. The place is ok but the neighbourhood is not really safe as you can see. The cleanliness is not consistent as the housekeeper needs to be reminded. The amenities are not reliable coz as we all know they have a spa, manicure/pedicure as per in their amenities but in real there's nothing as we plan to set there and have it but as they say nothing. The service crew are very courteous and accommodating.

On a side street in Malate means it looks shady to most westerners. Only issue i had was with the beggars in the area. The rooms were clean, but ants are everywhere especially if leave out donuts like i did🤷🏻♂️ We only used the pool once, but no complaints there. It was nice and overall, a good experience. 👍
