The room was dirty, there was a lot of dust. The bed was normal, there was hot water.

This hotel is great but the stairs to our was soo scary, very tinny and if you miss a step you will fall and it wouldn’t be good, their food is okay, great service and very close to the airport

When we first checked in, the door was broken cannot be lock, we have to change rooms. The TV doesn't have any local channels. Lastly my wife found several tiny cockroaches in the room. Neigborhood not very nice but 15 mins walk to MOA.

We really appreciate the hotel staff who still allow us to do a late check in. However, when we initially call them and ask them about the theme of the room, the hotel staff who answer the call inform us that we can choose a specific theme on our regular suite. After making the reservation and contact them again, they inform us that they only have 1 theme room available for our room. Location is clean and accessible. In addition, their hotel staff still is very kind and provide you a excellent service.

Budget hotel meets my needs for awaiting other flights close to airport anytime check in . This is my go To hotel when in manila. Have strict two guest in room policy.. its the only thing i dont like as i have friends visiting who are not over night guest

It was my first night in Manila. I wasn't expecting a motel to be that good and cheap. Hot water, nice service, calm place and wide enough for more than one person. Would consider going back in the future!

You should checking the hotel name. It's no Victoria, it's just AVA hotel. There's no room key so we should call a concierge every we come back from out side
