Requested a room change at 2am. I can’t sleep because of the faulty aircon and rampant mosquito flying… I’ve booked in the area before but first time experiencing rampant mosquitos in my hotel room. their solution was to change the aircon and spray anti mosquito repellent while I’m inside… at 2am… then changed the aircon… worked for a while then woke up again 5hrs later because of mosquito bites Paid for a good night’s sleep but was forced to sleep smelling insecticide only to wake up 5hrs later feeling **** and more. mosquito bites. Thank you so much never coming back

The hotel is nice ,near by all the stores and malls where you can shop and eat.40 min away from the airport by grab and costs about 350 piso for 4 people car.The stuff is fast and very polite,they put the third bed quickly .You have a teapot,towels,toiletries;beds are comfy,we stayed 2 nights and will come back for sure.

The food is tasty; ordered bacon omelette and hot chocolate. There were 2 times where the power in the entire room expectedly turned off for 1 second and then back on. I informed the reception about this and they sent a technician to look at it immediately. The issue remained unsolved as it happened 1 more time, but it is not a big issue. Bed is bouncy. Good.

Location is great as it’s next to robinson mall and there’s also an airport shuttle bus there. The people at Rothman was always great and nice as I stayed here a couple of times already. AC can be a little loud though. For the price, I still believe it’s worth a stay.

This hotel is a typical pattern of three stars hotel. The Quality is commensurate with the price. I don’t have big complains about it. If I had to say problems, the air conditioner is old, the sound is a little bit noisy.

I came to Hong Kong just for one night on my way out of China. I chose this hotel because it was close to the train station where I arrived in Hong Kong. I walked to the hotel from the train station. No problem. There are many local restaurants around the hotel. And the night market is right outside the hotel. I would probably come back to this hotel again.

Comfortable stay overall. Easy process hassle free. Good for solo or couples.

The place is very convenient and good to stay

It has been renovated and is now nice and clean. There is a handrail in the bathtub! The water is so hot you can get burned! Please be careful. The refrigerator is now two-door, but it doesn't get cold unless you adjust the temperature. Only bath towels are provided, no hand towels.

The price is reasonable considering the very convenient location. Convenience stores, Manila Bay, restaurants, and the Robinson shopping mall are within walking distance. Men can walk alone, but beggars and salesmen will approach you, so it is safer for men to limit their walking to the area around the hotel at night. The convenience and cost performance are perfect, but the hotel is old, so the air conditioner is old and noisy, and the ventilation system is poor, so the cigarette smell in the hallway is terrible❗ Even in the non-smoking room, there is a cigarette smell for some reason. If you can tolerate the above drawbacks, it is appreciated and conscientious that the sheets, bath towels, toothpaste set, shampoo, etc. are changed and replenished every day‼ ️

I looked at three hotels, and now I looked at the rooms, and finally chose this one. It has a great location and the largest room for the same price. Ground floor building, elevator is very fast. High cost performance

I have never had such a bad impression of the Rothman Hotel as I did this time. 　　 Reasons 1. The unsmiling and unfriendly doorman (actually an old man) is rampant. 2. The bath towels, which are consumables that are used every day, were dirty from the start like dust rags, but they said I had soiled them and charged me 400 besos for two of them. So, even though I have been a regular at this hotel, I was disappointed.
