The hotel lobby is very clean and really nice looking and the hotel staff is wonderful. They’re all very friendly, very welding and very professional. Everyone spoke English and was eager to help. When I got to my reserved room the smell of cigarettes was way too strong so they came became with 3 different room keys and proceeded to show me other options. This in my opinion is EXCELLENT customer service.
Pros: staff is amazing, and the upstairs breakfast buffet was good. The dining room is really nice and the views from the 10th floor are great. Asian style breakfast but still tasty. Pricing of the rooms are also very reasonable and the rooms are VERY clean.
Cons: sleeping at night was very difficult because the other customers on my floor were drunk and continuously came knocking on my door and ringing my doorbell. Fortunately, the staff was wonderful enough to come upstairs and talk to them.
Overall, I’d stay here again. Hopefully they will re-open the skybar and restaurant in the evenings during high season.

The hotel staff was courteous, kind, and made my stay comfortable.
When I asked the front desk staff at the hotel about how to get from Mandalay to Bakan, they arranged a driver for me. (OK Express buses currently do not allow tourists.)
The driver was a really nice guy, and delivered me both on time, politely, and safely both ways.
I would also like to thank the hotel staff who made the arrangements.

the hotel is very beautiful and the room is still new compared to the other hotel that i have stay in mandalay this is the most new room for me the staff very kind and the breakfast is good with good view , the electric cut off but its come back very fast
