Stayed at the hotel several times during the trip. The impressions are very unpleasant. We arrived very late on the first day due to flight delays and did not notice that we were put in a room much worse than we had booked. Turns out they have "different rooms" under the same name. You can see the quality of the issued room on the photo. The hotel's diligence to charge 20% on top of any "helping" service is also hilarious. I would not recommend this hotel, and I will certainly not go there again. PS the only plus was the chef who cooks wonderful Chinese dishes (actually only they are on the menu).

Value for money, two staff can speak English fluently and all staff are helpful and customer caring. They help to arrange transportations efficiently and provide recommendations for sight seeing. Foods are fine. Even though some of the staff are unable speak English, they would try their best to offer help.

Location is good, and staffs are helpful in arranging transportation and info about the places ard. Surprisingly you should not leave any stains on their bed sheets and towels. My mum was charged for the towel she used 😬. Other than that all good 👍

In the distant Mandalay, if you can have a Chinese-speaking manager with a sincere smile who can provide you with any consultation and take every detail, you will be very satisfied! Coupled with the extremely cost-effective price, right in the center of the city and close to the Mandalay Palace, it is really the first choice for independent travel!

Perfect facilities, they don't have a balcony but the cleanliness and beds are perfect. Very helpful and attentive workers. The restaurant's food is very elaborate and good. I recommend it 100%.

The hotel is in the heart of the city. Attentive service staff There is an affordable laundry service. Breakfast is a buffet style that you can eat unlimited. There is an en-suite bathroom but the water is not strong.

There are many mosquitoes in the room. If you don't stay after 12 o'clock, you can't refund a penny!

It was in good condition for the price.
