Went Labor Day weekend to celebrate my birthday with my family and had an amazing experience! Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate much so we enjoyed lots of delicious food and cocktails at all 4 of their restaurants that also offered over the top service. The lobby also had a wonderful musician playing live guitar and he even played the HB song to me which made it extra special! He was talented and kind which made the vibe more upbeat and fun! Only disappointment was not having any music at the outside pool bar but everything else was fabulous and highly recommended this resort!

We had a lovely stay at Eau Palm. The room was spacious and the bathroom beautiful. The service at pool and beach were both great and we were very impressed. Ahmed from the restaurant stood out to us. He was so friendly and always happy to help. We saw Ahmed every day and we appreciated his 5 star service. The food was very good as well. Thank you Eau Palm!

I hate that it took me so long to write this review. I was still recovering mentally from the experience. I will make a long story short. I planned a solo trip for 4 days and ended up leaving 2 days early. The room I was in had bed bugs. I reported it to the staff/management and of course they denied it and also managed to insult me in the process when I was showing them the multiple bumps on my body. When the fabric skirt of the bed and mattress was checked there were tons of black streaks, and dots resembling a pen mark. If you google signs of bed bugs this is what you find. I was lucky to book with AMEX as there able to get me a refund and an early flight. However, upon my arrival home I had to go to urgent care for the severity of my bites and hire a professional bed bug service to gather all my belongs from me at the airport. I do travel a lot for work and this experience gives me such bad anxiety when staying in hotels.

Went with my family and enjoyed a beautiful day in one of their cabanas by the pool. Excellent service by our attendant, Genaro. Also a thank you to Jeremiah and the crew for setting up kayaking and paddle boarding. Overall an excellent day with exceptional service. Final, but not any less, thank you to Edgar Hidalgo.

Great place to vacation solo/ couples or with kids. Beautiful resort! Grounds amazing! Spa gorgeous! The staff was amazing! High number of staff to take care of guests at all times. They anticipate your every need and with any request they offer even more service. Everyone is incredibly friendly, nice, remember your name & room. Front desk, concierge, bellmen, valet, housekeeping, pool attendents, restaurant staff - I can't say enough about their attentiveness and level of superior service. Everyone was super responsive & I've never felt so spoiled at any resort. Highly recommend!

I thought all the staff was lovely. But I was very upset with my service. I went for a manicure/pedicure and she asked me do you want them short or keep the length? I said “absolutely, please keep the length. I went out of my way for weeks before my manicure to make sure they were in good condition.” she cut them so short I feel like they look like man hands. When I told the front desk, how unhappy I was and showed them what she did, they said you can take some money off her tip. The warm room looks like a sad version of what they advertise and the hot tub was WAY too hot! The showers are roomy and well appointed and the outdoor area was very nice. I was so unhappy about how the front desk handled the situation. I will not be back for another service.

This gem, smack on the ocean in Palm Beach, has it together in ways seldom seen any longer. The staff is on point--friendly, professional, and actually happy to engage with guests in conversations. There was no nickel and diming. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are complimentary for guests, as is valet parking, and no dreaded "resort fee." I've seldom seen staff so happy. A shout out to Ahmet, whose joy in his job is infectious. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Our suite (418) was great--right on the ocean. When everything comes together this well, you can tell senior management "gets it." We had about as perfect a stay as one can have. So should you.

We are local and have been there many times. I have always found the staff to be worthy of a high end resort. This trip we had breakfast and had a server 3048 William W., who clearly did not care about his position. Not friendly nor attentive with a serious attitude. The manager had to come over to complete the order and help us correct the order. He stayed away from the table. Probably the first time in my life I wanted to dispute the mandatory gratuity as it was not earned. EAU, you can do better. Food was great but he ruined the experience. I am not sure employees in the service industry understand fully the impact they have on the quality of an experiance a guest has.

Eau Resort was absolutely perfect – we achieved our "do nothing" goals in spades (never even left the property!), and it was pure bliss. We're already talking about when we can return! The staff took such great care of us, and we appreciated all of the little special touches (turn down service, easy lounge chair service and set up, yoga, champagne, etc).
