As great as advertised. The FD agents were great, security was so nice to let me know we had left the car unlocked. The place was clean and beautiful. I wish we had spent the whole week there. We will be back and hopefully we can stay there again.

The location is better. There is a mall not far from the opposite side to eat. The front desk of the hotel is cheaper than Trip.com and has breakfast.

My biggest mistake was to rent this place. and this that your advertising is very good. but NOT THAT WERE TO see! . first error is that your location in Airbnb is bad. sends you to another address that is not. I continue to call Reception to ask for location because I am not from Managua. and they never sent it to me. I decided to search on the internet and finally arrived. when I came to reception the young woman was chatting and without saying hello he told me ”wait”. I don't forget to say there was a empty water bottle on the front desk what indicates me was not sanitation. after 25 I was not surprising that I had rented the room. The room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the room was very good, the I'm not sure I'm not sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I'm sure I' I was retiring because I didn't rent it and it was a mistake. thanks to Airbnb I could get my refund because I also tried to contact owner Carlos without having any answer at this date. I work in Hoteleria and I understand sometimes there are errors. but it is. it's important to fix them but it wasn't that way, the poor in attention, in accommodation and in tracking I suggest NOT GO TO THE SITE. it's not hotel. maybe it's Hostal. and if you can check out my profile I've never had a problem with my renters as well as where I've got Host. I hope to overcome. or close! Erick M

The worst attitude I’ve ever seen. I cannot return to my country because of the war and the owner told me “You are not that broke if you are travel the world” and charged me money for the booking I’ve never used. I don’t normally post negative reviews but here I feel that it’s a matter of justice. I’ll describe the situation below so that everyone could decide for themselves if they want to stay here and be a customer of this business. I’m from Ukraine and now I’m temporarily in Nicaragua because due to the Russia-Ukrainian war it’s not safe to return to the city where I used to live. The situation there remains unstable and dangerous. I booked two nights at this hostel. I didn’t read the reviews or anything (which was my mistake). I simply choose it because it was the cheapest option and I’m now obviously pressed for money. At the border crossing from Honduras to Managua, some unexpected issues occurred and the officials told me that I had to go back to Honduras and wait. I immediately notified the hostel stuff via a chat on Booking and explained the situation. I politely asked them to change the dates of my booking or cancel it without the penalty due to the force majeure situation. I also told them that I couldn’t afford paying for the accommodation where I didn’t stay because my budget was pretty limited. In response, the hotel owners charged me the full amount for two nights and deleted the chat. Also, they didn’t reply to any of my messages or to my email. I couldn’t believe, thought, that someone could treat their customers like that and came to Managua to talk to the owner. When I came to the place, the owner seemed pretty nice, but his attitude changed once he found out that I wanted to ask for the favor of getting the services I’ve paid for. I wasn’t offered any compromise or, God forbid, any help. He also lied to me that they had to send some people away because of my booking. I know that it’s not true because I checked Booking several times, and the beds in dormitory were always available for all dates. Basically, he just kicked me out and I had to walk with all my stuff for 50 minutes alone in Managua LATE AT NIGHT. Probably, he decided that I was wealthy enough to afford a taxi but I’m not. I do understand that business is about making money but at what cost? Are thing going so bad that the owner really had no choice other than taking money from someone who’s going through hardship? I didn’t ask for any charity or something like that. The money has already been paid. The man stated no particular reason why I couldn’t use the money I’ve paid for two nights to stay at least one night. He just kicked me out because he CHOSE to do so. Therefore, dear travelers, decide for yourself if you want to finance such an institution.
