Last minute booking made st Red Planet after finding out that they actually have an available parking space. The hotel provides basic amenities such as a very comfortable white comforter with decent size rooms. Not much to do at the hotel as they do not offer other services. Food can be brought outside and bring in to the room, but there is a Sports Bar by the reception entrance which offers food options, drinks and entertainment. The hotel is also just walks away from the sprawling bars and restaurants in Poblacion,the new and booming trendy spot these days.

I enjoyed my 1 night stay here. The room is clean, well organized, and good enough space for 1-2 guests. I like their amenities, they have small table and 2 chairs at the room with slippers and free drinking water. I did book here for 1 night to organize my plans, and I was able to finish all my work plans as the room is quiet and very convenient to stay. However, they don't have an elevator here and and the heater is not working, so that's only my concern, but everything is good.

It was easy to locate the Residence and it feels like home. I enjoyed my stay overall. and I will definitely recommend to others Work a bit more on the payment system for gaining access to the pool. I had to wait for about 30mins just to pay a fee

Absolutely loved the modern and clean design of the room and the bathroom, the great customer service, the fact that there were lots of outlets in the room, the mini fridge and hairdryer, the dispensers for shampoo and soap (minimizing plastic waste!), the rooftop bar, and the water dispenser on my floor near the elevators. Poblacion, Rockwell, Burgos, and even the CBD are just a short walk away. Although I was placed in one of the quieter rooms of the hostel, the soundproofing still had some issues as I could hear the mass at the church outside and the sound of the TV in the room beside mine. It was good that the aircon was a bit loud as it was able to slightly drown out the noise of the TV. Although the towels smelled freshly laundered, they didn't look super clean as they were old and have been used over and over before. The double bed was two mattresses together, which would be uncomfortable if you liked rolling around the bed. I just chose which side I was going to sleep on (one of the mattresses was not as firm as the other one).

This hotel is under management of a grander Manila Hotel. Rooms are large and modern, the servgice ipeccable, and breakfast is great. It also has a very good Chinese retsuaryrant. Curiously, it does not have the bar. I stayed two months until it closed due to covid. It is only about ten minutes walk form large SM shopping centre . Highly recommended

My stay at Heritage Hotel was comfortable and enjoyable, with well-maintained rooms and friendly staff. However, I was disappointed that the hotel did not deliver the bottle of water we had ordered. This was a minor oversight in an otherwise pleasant experience.

Hotel is having maintenance/renovation, very noisy. When they started magigising kana talaga and cannot sleep again. Im also annoyed with 1 male receptionist, open pala sa counter nya, i queued sa kabilang counter, and when other guest arrived (foreigner) he asissted. Like ***? Matagal bumaba ang water sa shower area, not safe since I’m pregnant. But overall still good. I will book again and recommend since the location is good. And most of the staffs are very nice and friendly. Hotel is clean. They allowed to check in at around 12.

During my recent 3-day, 2-night stay at Swiss-Belhotel Blulane in Manila, the overall experience left much to be desired. While some displayed genuine warmth and eagerness to assist, others seemed hesitant, particularly when they perceived that a guest might not offer a tip. This attitude detracted from the overall guest experience and contradicted the essence of hospitality, which should prioritize genuine care and assistance regardless of gratuity. Additionally, the functionality of the elevators was a significant inconvenience. With only one elevator in operation, guests frequently experienced delays and overcrowding, resulting in frustration and inconvenience. This issue significantly impacted the efficiency of guest movement within the hotel and should be addressed promptly to enhance overall satisfaction. In conclusion, while this hotel in Manila has potential, there are notable areas for improvement, particularly in ensuring consistent and genuine guest service and addressing operational inefficiencies such as elevator functionality. By instilling in all staff members, including trainees, a genuine commitment to hospitality and service excellence, the hotel can elevate the overall guest experience and distinguish itself as a premier destination for travelers.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel Belmont it's accessible at the airport terminal 3. I just pass at runway manila so it's easy it's not very far though just a walking distance and gladly I discovered cuz last time we just took a grab taxi knowing it's only infront of the airport.their buffet breakfast are nice too.deliciouso☕😋.the room is very clean and neat and good for relaxation.they have an infinity pool at the rooftop too..it's very windy there...highly recommend on this hotel Belmont though it's kind of expensive but it's worth the price..the staffs are kind and friendly too
