I can barely remember how many times I've stayed in this place. OUR FAMILY LOVES VALERO SUITES! We celebrated Easter here, my Birthday, and this year -- Christmas Eve! The Twin room 1 bedroom suite is really HUGE! 4 of us can sleep in the beds. Then all our relatives who visited have enough place to roam around and to sit in. KITCHEN - not usable. there's a fridge but you can't cook in here. There's a free water heater too, coffee and utensils. BEDROOM - 2 beds. BATHROOM - shower only. no bath tub but complete with comb, brush, etc all toiletries you need + BIDET! YES! DINING AREA - has a 4 seater table . LOCATION - A lot of commercial areas and restaurants nearby. There are 3 convenience stores that are just 2-3 minutes walk away from the building. Every holiday they have freebies too. Last easter we got a pack full of candies for my kid and a photo with the easter bunny. Then this time, we had super yummy home-made Christmas cookies! VALERO SUITES NEVER FAIL TO AMAZE ME!

The hotel is very accommodating and the staff are kind Amenities are superb and the room is spacious and clean. Appreciate the effort of one of the guest services named Jena who assisted us to access the pool since it was closed due to bad weather. The overall experience is fantastic and awesome. Will definitely comeback

Except for the hotel transfer which was a catastrophe, we can recommend this hotel. We were staying in a room with a separate bed and living room. We almost did not go outside for lunch and dinner. Mistro on the 35th floor offered superb views and nice dishes except few we did not really like (maybe different taste). The staff, starting from cleaning ladies to the waitresses and managers are friendly and really caring about their services. We can recommend this hotel compared to Hilton where we had bad experiences and Seda Residence is offering more value than Hilton.

Dusit Thani is, I believe, a Thai chain and very good value. The food was first rate; we ate in the hotel's Thai restaurant, and I can truthfully say that I've never had such delicious Thia food. Our Papaya salad was made at the table from fresh ingredients. Location - any hotel in Manila will have terrible traffic problems, and Dusit Thani is no exception. It is located next door to a large shopping mall, which is very easily walkable. Cleand and tidy with excellent service.

We love coming back here because of the prime location and accessibility to everything. We were surprised when one of the Bellman remembers us since our last stay was in January 2024. I just hope that the hotel management will reiterate the staffs to greet the quests no matter who it is what they are wearing. One thing it feels a bit off for me was only once in a blue moon you get a greeting from the staff around especially at the breakfast. Genuine warm hospitality is the best key to make your guest feel special and comfortable. But overall it’s still a good stay. We truly appreciate the handwritten card from the GM. I booked an executive suite which was spacious and comfortable with access to the gallery club for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails although I always had breakfast at Escolta. This time I had afternoon tea once which included scones and jam but unusually I had to request cream which is something that has never occurred previously. The hotel was able to loan me a laptop for the last two days of my stay and as usual the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I have stayed here many times before and will return again.

The hotel location was great! Infront is greenbelt and walking distance from Glorietta. Everything is within easy access. The food in the hotel was varied. We went for the buffet dinner and breakfast the next day. We enjoyed our stay.❤️

The kitchen contains various utensils, there is a coffee maker and a toaster, and there is a sink and dryer. The hotel is old, like the kitchen and sink wood, but the furniture has been renovated, and there is a dining table for four people. The price is high, the bathroom needs cleaning, there are stains, the TV is small and there is no YouTube, smoking is not allowed in most rooms The hotel has a place on the sixth floor that is open and there are no chairs. Some workers lack experience and need more training. They annoy you by hinting at giving them money, but some of them, on the contrary, are very excellent in dealing, and in particular the respected employee Alan in the hotel restaurant treats him professionally.
