We love our stay here. We got the corner room which had a great city view. The room was clean and the towels are fresh and smells nice. There’s a complimentary coffee and tea while you can get the water outside where the water dispenser is. The breakfast buffet have varieties so you still options. It is very close to literally everywhere. The only downside is that the elevator is too slow.

It’s the main st horrible experience I ever had in 40 years of travel, Avoid St Giles Hotel at all cost, I was held by the Manager of St Giles at the Checkout for over 20 minutes over $2 charges he claimed so I missed my flight, he provided me with unsigned $2 bill I never used, avoid this Hotel at all costs, Elevators very unsafe makes load noises and won’t even carry 5 people were I it’s supposed to hold 11, don’t become a hostage or scammed, I could be $300 extra bill you never used.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The room was not big, especially for American size single bed is way too small but we are so satisfied with the service of all the staff, especially the safety of all the guests, something happened to my daughters in our room and they are really help us to feel that they are safe. Thank you so much!

There was a cockroach inside the room but it’s clean. The checkin process is slow during peak hours 3pm-5pm. Breakfast has a lot of options but doesnt taste really good

I regret that I booked this hotel for 3 nights. the hotel room is very small, especially the towels and bed sheets are dirty, smell so bad. The bathroom is filthy. Overall it’s lack of hygiene.
Don’t book this hotel, it’s over rated, don’t judge the hotel by looking at the photos. The worst hotel I have ever stayed.
The positive side of this hotel is the staff, they are helpful and supper friendly.
