First time traveling with scoot not the best 5 hour flight and if you not get a meal when you purchase your tickets. you get nothing you would think they would offer you a drink tea or coffee no you don't get anything not even a drink of water which I think is pretty poor. But every thing else was good the hotel staff and food was all good had a good experience except the travel never use scoot again

We booked this hotel because the venue of our event is in this building, but the first room that was given to us doesn't have a bidet and the unrenovated rooms of the hotel. The room and CR is old. We requested to be transferred to another room and it was granted. We commend this action of the hotel. The room looks the same as the previous one except that the CR is renovated. You must check the actual photos of the rooms before booking.

On the booking confirmation hotel slippers are provided but sadly the hotel slippers are out of stock since the start of the pandemic but the hotel did bot restock, if I only knew that the slippers are not provided I could have bring one.

It's value for money. The hotel is walkable to the City's main business district.

Great stay, the owner takes well care

It's a good place to stay for the night. It's a business hotel, so don't expect alot.

It was peaceful

I’ve always stayed in this hotel because it is near the malls, restaurants and I always feel safe.

AIM has no fancy frills BUT clean and has very comfortable beds, and regular housekeeping. We got everything we needed in our room for a short stay in Makati. Banks, shops, grocery, and food options are a plenty. Location is also ideal for a short drive to the airport via Skyway. Definitely, I’d stay here again, Just be practical and bring toiletries if you have specific needs but AIM Conference Center has their own branded toiletries. Didn’t really get a warm shower but this did not bother me at all.

The staff are very helpful and accomodating. That was the best part of the hotel. The in room facilities are old but eventually worked and ok. (had to change rooms to get access to wifi which initially didn't work - but the staff worked to provide portable wifi access until it was corrected. I also didnt have access to much warm water to shower, which wasnt too much of an issue as it was hot. The Pool was good and the loacation was very close to shops, restaurant and laundrymat which was very useful.
