The cleanliness and services are satisfactory. However, the overhead shower has defects and needs replacement. I can also hear other clients' voice and noise from the other room. It seems that there's an open wall at the back of the cabinet.
In fairness, I enjoyed the dining experience, the perfect location and accessibility, and the affordable cost.

The staff is friendly, but the elevator line is long, and they don't allow early check-in. Overall, it's the best, and the pool is awesome.

The room is clean and spacious. The location is convenient, as it's close to fast food restaurants and a convenience store. The housekeeping staff are friendly and always greet the guests. The view outside is great! However, the room lacks soundproofing you can hear people passing by in the hallway.

The hotel is well located and the staff were nice. Points taken off for filthy, frayed hallway carpets and slow checkout. Al that said, I would probably stay there again. It was a decent value for the price.

So far, during my stay at ONE PACIFIC PLACE SERVICED RESIDENCES was amazing. The ambiance was solemn & cleaned. The personnel were polite and very repsonsive if you have concerns.. Actually it was my second time around to booked in that place. Highly recommended ..
