I was guided to a lower rank room than the one I reserved. If you don't speak English, you can't complain. By the way, check-in is also quite troublesome because you have to enter various information by yourself.

The building is a mixed-use building with 4 floors above ground and 1 floor below.The reception is on the 2nd floor.The guest rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors.There is an elevator.Pets are allowed in the same room.An additional fee is required for pets.There are no facilities for pets.Shower with hot water, large flat-screen TV , air conditioner, Wi-Fi, and minimal facilities, but overall old. I don't think I'll use it again. I didn't meet any other guests. The area around the hotel is far from the sophisticated image of Makati. There are food stalls outside the first floor. There are several simple shops like , where you can get cold cut fruits, soft drinks, cigarettes, etc. The snack shop on the 3rd floor will deliver food to your room.The entrance to the club is next to the hotel entrance.Wear a dress. Several hostesses were taking a break. There is no smoking area.Many people smoke outside on the first floor.I feel that there are more smokers here than in Japan.
