We just disappointed at tge toiletries. It's all not good like the shampoos and body wash and also the cotton buds. Qualities not good not for good hygiene. I recommend to change it

I'M Hotel is located right in.rhe.middle of Makati, with easy access to shops restaurants and shopping mall.
The service here has improved significantly since my last stay, and service was very professional and friendly
The rooms oh well appointed with a safe, a hair dryer, cupboards, a desk a large LCD TV with a reasonable selection of English speaking channels.
The bathroom is a reasonable size and the shower has both a shower rose and a hand held wand.
The views from the rooms on the higher floors give a good view across Manila.
The swimming pool located on the second level offers a large pool with plenty of Sun lounges looking at across the street and at the neighboring buildings.
I'm hotel is it comfortable five star hotel with comfortable beds and I would have no problem recommending it.

Not a bad hotel to stay. Two complaints: 1. The wood floor in the room is not stable. It squeaks especially loud at night when stepped on. 2. The breakfast is just ok but having the same breakfast for three days makes it not ok.

I liked that the rooms are very wide and clean. They also provide free access to their spa. Unfortunately the steam room was under maintenance. Breakfast selection was very limited but they do have ice cream
