Very comfortable bed and clean room. Small hotel but everything needed is available. There’s a fridge in the room which we really needed.

Bad hotel, kept knocking my door because they told me I was smoking. And then, fine was 10,000 pesos then down to 5,000 secretly. So what is the rule? They kept calling from reception. Everyone can hear when inside the room. No privacy! Customer service is terrible, location is far everything is bad.

The location is quite okay.
But the room is not maintained.
Some lights are busted making it dark inside the room.
The toilet is dirty.
Every night whenever I come back to the hotel I would see cockroach in the bathroom.
Even the windows are dirty as well.
The check in process is a bit hassle even though I arrive early and they ask me to sign the paper works.
And I decided to come back at 4PM.
Maybe the staff on that day do not value the time of their guest.
I would not recommend this hotel, you can definitely get a better hotel and service for this price. Not worth it.

I thought the room would be ready by the time i entered the room i even asked the receptionist. Lamp not working, note that the staff will not greet you whenever you pass them. You can hear the vehicles passing outside. Breakfast selection is limited nad the fruits was not that fresh. Overall the room was nice and spacious. We stayed for a night to compare it from Ramada Grand TST in HK.

Do not stay here!
We were given a room that had been used and not cleaned properly! The hotel management did not make it right and they continued to lie about the room having been cleaned. There were used toothbrushes, shampoo, slippers, empty water bottles and the rubbish was full.

Our overall stay was wonderful. We had concerns about our booking prior to checking in but it was quickly resolved by the front desk

Very nice place, smooth check in and out, easy to find, nice area - very peaceful and nearby all needs.. spacious room, comfortable beds and very hospitable receptionists. We booked it twice on our trip and
