Great hotel with comfortable and spacious room, rooftop with swimming pool and good breakfast. The swimming pool is open from 6 am to 10 pm, which is very convenient. The staff was very polite and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel for travellers that look for an affordable yet qualitative stay in Manila.

The staff were friendly but they should try to add more people for check-ins so that it won't get crowded at the lobby.
Elevator ride was too slow and small. So when the elevator is full you can't get on you have to wait how many minutes just to get down again.
The aircon inside our room wasn't cold enough even with the lowest settings. It was like it's on fan only.
Hot water wasn't working.
The room was big, good for get togethers or so.
Hotel was easy to find and was near many shops so buying food outside wasn't much of hassle.

The Hotel Y2 Residences was very good, the staffs are very nice, the place and the accommodation is like air bnb and it was good, the comfort is 100%. Thanks to TRIP.COM for the best deals!

My recent stay at Y2 Residence Hotel was a pleasant surprise. It offers excellent value for money. I got it for Php 1,400 at trip.com, the rate’s higher at other platform. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to major business districts and popular attractions.
The room I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed. The large window provided stunning views of the Makati skyline. The amenities were impressive, including fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, a microwave, basic toiletries, and a coffee kit. The big bottle of water was a thoughtful touch.
The only minor issue I encountered was the incorrect pin location on Grabcar Map. Even after selecting the correct hotel name, the app would drop me off at the wrong location. (You have to make a turn to the right spot) I hope the hotel can work with Grab to resolve this issue.
Overall, I highly recommend Y2 Residence Hotel to anyone visiting Makati. It's a comfortable, affordable, and well-located option that offers a great experience.
