This hotel completely mistreated me.
They didn't give me the room that I've booked.
When checking in the signs where clear already.
I carry two pretty heavy backpacks. The door mans' job is to assist guest with their luggage. These horrible family only minded door men even turned away from me when I passed him by after checking in.
The floor that they gave me qas an incomprrhensible smelly (urine die to humidity) unhealthy odor.
The shower didn't have pressure so.I vpuldn't take a proper shower.
There where no aminities in the kitchen, like plates and cutlery.
The couch totally sank in whilst sitting.
The elevator is extremely slow and the logistic management of it was completely unlogical.
The "street" construction this accomodation lies about is a huge building they smash put of the ground. No use of pool or terrace possible.
They are extremely smokers unfriendly. A very nasty trashy small disgusting place that is nit even pyrified or conditioned, but comllaining about smoking causes impotentia.
And that continuous fake smile in my face. But laughing at me in my back. Mirrors and window glass reflect.
The picture they send to trip.com is super misleading. Or does it sneakily unveil the truth about the construction.
Also, the room check up whilst checking out certainly applies to the Philippines group that was partying until lare and very loud.
But, trip.com treated me very correctly. They handled the issues with care and filled with customer support.

Ps: see pictures. The way this hotel focusses on their guests is disgusting. For the rest I Laugh Out Loud for mounting a safety lock like this. This is just a joke!
