I stayed for 6 nights. The place is clean. Great view and all basic needs are provided. The location is very convenient. Instructions are very clear from the beginning and I did not have any issues getting into the unit. The internet connectivity is fast enough so I was able to work remotely. I did not have any issues when we had a team video call, the signal was very smooth. The fridge would make some weird noises but nothing too distracting. There is netflix on the TV but during peak hours, I would be locked out, I didn't try reaching out to customer service for it because I didn't really intend to watch too much TV anyway. On my next business trip in Makati, I would definitely stay here again.

The residence room exceeded my expectations with its excellent facilities! I had an amazing view of Manila City from my room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room’s locking system made me feel very secure, adding to my overall comfort.
Overall, this room and residence truly deserve a FIVE-STAR rating from me! I will definitely return to this residence again.

Prime location, easy check-in, and the host is very hands-on too! Rockwell is just around the corner and you can buy all your basic needs in the grocery store on the ground floor. There are restaurants, hair and nail saloons, massage parlor, etc. The swimming pool and the kid's playground look amazing as well. Bring your own stick if you wish to play billiards! Oh, the washing machine was helpful as we stayed for a few days lol. I think the cockroach issue is a concern of the whole building because the room is clean but during the night, it seems that cockroaches are coming out from the shower drainage. They need to do a thorough pest maintenance.

Stayed here for 10 days. We didn’t like the bed it was hard and could feel the springs, the faucet opened randomly and made a really loud sound. The shower area was clogging as well as the sink. There were small cockroaches and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom’s floor drain (we had to buy air freshener cause the smell was really bad). The contact person was accommodating but we couldn’t really bother getting some of our concerns fixed since we were busy going to places.
