Since the room is located in a residential building, you need to go through a very cumbersome process to be allowed in, the building will print an RFID card with your picture, which is in 2F, you need permission from the concierge to go there and their card to use the lift, and if you arrive on weekend then you'll get a temporary RFID card and you need to exchange it for the printed one on Monday. I find this process too cumbersome and not practical at all. I don't recommend staying here, just find a normal hotel.

The apartment looks good, however, the aircons in the rooms are old and noisy while the beds are very uncomfortable that our backs hurt. They are kind of old and worn that you can already feel the springs on them. Some kitchen utensils are broken and some small cockroaches. Bathroom amenities are excellent, though. We slept on the floor at the living room.

on my 1st day I enjoy the stay however I never see the agent on the day of my arrival and we only talk directly in viber . But then I received a violations because access card is non transferable and shareable so every time you have guest coming you need to pick them up at the lobby . but that`s my struggle been busy with my daughter bday event and I Violated the house rules of the hotel. But the end of 2 days stay I unable to to rest after getting the paper and talk to all the officer . I`m thankful that one of the PMO office assisted me and send email for waiver .On the bathroom the sink and bowl toilet bowl is very old they have shampoo and body wash but no tooth paste and brush or slippers . AC is old type model and because of that the AC water drip on the floor which cause damage the floor. The agent assigned to my booking is difficult to get in touched and delayed reply. I was not inform there`s bigger pool that require one day reservation because during our stay it`s been raining due to typhoon / habagat hoping that adult can able to swim on deep big pool. There`s indoor pool for kids. No play room for kids . I`ve learned my lesson . I will Still recommend this place .

One of the best yet so affordale condo in Makati. The host is very approachable and accommodating. We actually exceeded with the maximum occupancy per room but they have informed us that there is no limit and can add more guest as long as it will fit on the room. Will book again 🥰

It was nice, however, you can only use the amenities and go outside as long as your with the main guest.
