There are some dust here and there, but the location are pretty well.
Was not managed to check in due to the passcode error but the team are really quick in responding and get it resolved. Overall good experience.

We had a great stay here. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay—work/study desks, a dining table, blower, slippers, toiletries, cookware, plates and utensils, fridge, microwave, and more. It was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. I also made a request, and they made sure it was provided, which I really appreciated. Plus, there's a mall with restaurants and a grocery store open until 9 PM right on the ground floor. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at GemstoneBR in Air Residences, Unit 2126! The unit was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed — exactly as shown in the photos. The view from the 21st floor was beautiful, and the place had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The location is very convenient, close to everything — restaurants, shops, and public transport. Communication with the host was smooth and professional from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, hassle-free stay in Makati! 💎✨

This apartment had the single most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. You could feel every spring poking into your back—it was genuinely painful. I messaged the host around 10:30 PM to mention the issue, and instead of offering a real solution, someone showed up at 11:15 PM, aggressively knocking on the door and waking us up.
When I answered, the person handed over a bag filled with five thin bed linens—no comforter or mattress topper, just sheets—to lay on top of the mattress. As you can imagine, this did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. Even worse, the linens were stained, and I had no way of knowing whether they were actually clean.
Being woken up late at night and offered such an inadequate “solution” made this stay really frustrating. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone who values a good night’s sleep or basic hospitality.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room we were given had a bed with unknown stains and a horrible smell coming from the toilet, making it impossible to stay comfortably. We immediately reported the issue to customer service, and they told us they would follow up with an email within the hour. It’s now been two days, and we still haven’t received any response. Due to their lack of communication and action, we were forced to book another hotel room down the street at our own expense. Completely unacceptable and disappointing service.

We had a great experience staying in this 1-bedroom unit. The cleanliness of the place really stood out — everything was spotless and well-maintained. They also have basic cooking materials. The location is also a huge plus — it’s conveniently close to several malls, making it easy to shop, dine, or just unwind without having to travel far. But the highlight for me was definitely the view of Makati CBD — it’s absolutely breathtaking, especially at night when the city lights come to life.
Highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay in the city!
