This hotel is absolutely terrible. Let's start with the entrance. It smells like cat poop, right in the lobby. We arrived at 2 PM and wanted to check in, but we had trouble with the bank transferring the deposit. The staff didn't cooperate with us, so we had to sit in the lobby for another 40 minutes because they suddenly thought we didn't have the money to pay the deposit... Moreover, the deposit was for a room without Wi-Fi. Yes, the Wi-Fi is simply disgusting. They have a million of them, and none of them work properly. The room is extremely dirty, especially the area around the windows, which resembles a concentration camp. Even during the war, they gave us better rooms in the catacombs. The air conditioner is incredibly noisy, as if it's choking. A dirty towel costs 500 pesos from the deposit, and no one ever cleans the room. Even if you're staying there for a week, you should always ask for your room to be cleaned. At 9 a.m., there'll be karaoke singing outside your window. RESULT: a smelly room with cat poop, an old man who can't sing as your alarm clock, a room that's never cleaned, and staff who don't go out of their way. If you think about it, you pay 1,000 pesos a day and get a dump with no internet and staff who show up 5 minutes before checkout asking when you're checking out. LOL

It was a nice stay. Relaxing and perfect place to stay. They had polite and accommodating staff.
