I stayed at this accommodation last jun 2024 and found it generally satisfactory. However, i had one issue, the some pillowcase had an unpleasant smell, which was quite off-putting. On the positive side, the shower's hot water system, air conditioning, and TV were all functioning well. Everything else in the room was also functional and met my needs. Overall, while there were some issues, the stay was acceptable.

Bed is not soft and there's still plastic covering, everytime i move my body i can hear the plastic. Bedsheets are also very thin.

I booked for a standard room with king bed 2 weeks before my check in date and I was shocked on the day I arrived at the hotel. They did not even prepare a room for me. I waited around 15mins because they still need to prepare the room. When I went upstairs, the room is very different from what I’ve booked. It is very tiny so I waited again after 2hours because someone will checkout then they will give me the room. My next room is just a private room but still different from what I’ve booked and that room is cheaper compared to the room I booked. I cannot do anything at all because the census is full according to them and the money that I paid, they did not give me the remaining amount of it anymore.
