The cost of breakfast is 18 euros for two.

The location is quite good. Although it is in Gaia New Town, there is a subway station downstairs. It takes only 5 minutes to get to the Douro River Luis I Bridge and 10 minutes to get to São Bento Train Station. There is a large shopping mall opposite the hotel, and there are many supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. I stayed there for one night and the neighborhood seemed safe. The room is very simple, with a good sense of space. There is a small refrigerator in the room, and there is 24-hour free coffee and tea downstairs.
