Most friends recommend that you must stay in London (including Huating) in Macau. I brought my mother with me and got an unexpected free upgrade to the Windsor Suite (if you have the financial resources, you can book on the official website or by phone or spend extra money to upgrade on site). It is true that the room type has more space. The most important thing is to walk 2-2w5 steps a day in the old town and have a full body massage. The chair is so cool! ! The bathroom has an electrically heated metal rack. Pay special attention to the large glass facing the bathtub that can play TV! This time, it is arranged to walk from room 2051 to the elevator to the casino for up to 5 minutes. Londoners in Macau are absolutely comfortable, safe, secure, happy, considerate and warm! ! ! Special thanks to Catherine/Colin/Edmond. Picture 6 Friendly reminder: When making tea in the silver tea set of Huating Afternoon Tea, be careful not to get burned on the top of the tea lid. Suggestion: Put a coat on top of the tea lid. I personally got burnt on the back of my hand. In fact, ice application is enough because it only covers a small area. But the Londoners actually arranged for a doctor to see him and provide him with burn ointment to ensure everything was safe. Seeing that I had my mother with me, I even arranged a car to pick me up from the airport. Be My Guest Be My Home Looking forward to my next visit to my home away from home Londoner!

My only choice in Macau.
Good service, spacious room, well maintained facilities, clean and tidy everywhere, delicious buffet no matter breakfast or other meal sections, all good👍 plus its convenient location as right next to subway station are all my description for this hotel.
I stayed here for few times, but this time wanna express my special thanks to Kent. He is professional with passion, patience and details minded. While checking in, I booked a non-smoking suite room but it was sold out for non-smoking of such category, he tried for non-smoking treatment at first but I was allergic and sensitive to it, he was so patiently showed me with an upgraded non-smoking suite to ensure my stay was pleasant. He also reminded for transportation arrangement during CNY for room closure details.
We definitely will return because of his outstanding. Really appreciated.

The service of this hotel is excellent! The staff, 陳卓立, who was a friendly and help person, introduced good recommendations for us to consider our meals. His helping hand and service we're really appreciated.
This hotel equipped with a warm water swimming pool that is open fir all seasons. The staff, 梁婷婷, was informative and always ready to serve with beautiful smile. Surprisingly, fruit water and fresh grapes were served to the swimmers by their staff. The overall experience during this trip was excellent!

The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

Visited the venetian and stayed for 3 nights. Hotel was beautiful and room was big. Downside was I was given a room on a floor that was going through upgrading works and the smell of fresh paint was overbearing and lingered in the air throughout my stay giving me a bad headache. Thankfully I was not staying for long.
Other than that, room was clean and housekeeping made up room ans replenished amenities daily.
Casino is just downstairs and there are many eateries and in room dining available. Unfortunately, food is very expensive and wasn't really tasty.
There is shuttle service from the airport to the hotel for free.

A wonderful new hotel. Check-in was quite fast, about 15 minutes. We lived on the 7th floor, with a view of the garden. The rate includes breakfast, for 5 days there was never a queue. Breakfast is a mix of Chinese and European cuisine, a large selection of dishes. Good soundproofing, you can't hear your neighbors. The hotel has an indoor pool, we visited it in the morning, there weren't many people. On the 2nd floor there is an excellent supermarket and a multi-brand store with very attractive prices. We were in the restaurants Do Alfonso and Zuicho, if the price is comfortable for you, it's definitely worth a visit, you'll have an unforgettable experience.
The first of its kind in the world, Maison L’OCCITANE has guestrooms and suites boasting designs inspired by Provence, the south of France from where the internationally renowned natural well-being product brand originated. The room offers a diversity of room types customized with themes based on L’OCCITANE’s most iconic natural ingredients, namely Immortelle, Verbena, Cherry Blossom and Shea Butter – each illustrating classic Provencal charm and representing contemporary French elegance.

We loved our extraordinarily large room with separate living and bedroom and the lovely scent. Despite its quite minimum lighting, overall we enjoyed our experiences along with its l’occitane amenities. Some people complain about its location being too far from most other sites with limited shuttle options, but we found it quite convenient after knowing that we managed to use Grand Lisboa Palace shuttle services. The shopping mall connected to the hotel was also a reliable option. Our room came with an afternoon tea set which was great though the service could have been better about the tea and drink included.
Lisboeta has 574 guestrooms and suites, with the interior design that evoking 1960s Macau, enhanced with modern twists to traditional elements such as the folding doors of Macau traditional store and old Macau images to reflect the evolution of Macau from the past to present.

Excellent service, clean and comfortable room, quiet and easy-to-reach location, cute Line cartoon characters at hotel lobby and shopping mall, bus stop just outside the hotel and only 5-mins walk to light rail station, I think it’s the best for a relaxing holiday trip.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating.
They upgraded our room into a big one and had a nice view. All I can say is I really enjoyed staying here, sure thing that I'll come back and recommend to my friends to stay in Broadway Hotel.
Thank you to the receptionist that time we checked in. I don't remember his name, sorry I forgot. I commend his way of service. Highly appreciated.
See you again soonest.

MMimi@~@The room is very big, and the whole house is operated by a smart touch screen tablet, which is very high-end! The bathroom is very easy to use, spacious and bright, and there is a dressing table, which is very convenient for makeup and comfortable for bathing! You can listen to music by connecting to Bluetooth, and the sound quality is super good. Drinks at the bar are all free (except red wine and white wine) and there are welcome fruits. The service is in place! Except for the price, there is nothing wrong with it haha
GGuest UserYou can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.
PphwtEverything you need is available here, phone charger, nail clippers, Nespresso capsule machine, basic toiletries, and even a Dyson hair dryer! Convenient location, nice looking lobby, and can leave luggage here for free. One (little) downside is there are a lot of items in the room, I have to section off my and hotel's things to make sure I'm not forgetting anything or accidentally took hotel things with me.
AAnonymous UserBecause it is new, it is basically very clean, but the price is relatively high at 540rmb. Basically, it is recommended to add 100 to this price and choose Lisboa, which is more convenient, unless you are willing to take the bus here with your luggage. There are many strange things about the room design. It's quite strange to see slippers on the bed when you enter the room. The bathtub curtain doesn't seem to be waterproof. You need to take the electric kettle to another place to boil water. The TV remote control cannot be turned on because it is not set up properly. It doesn’t matter if the mobile phone has a remote control app that can turn on the TV. The hot and sour rice noodles nearby are pretty good. If you like the taste of chopped peppers, you can order medium spicy.
Lleena03The Hotel has a good location , we got a jockey club facing room which was excellent. It’s a 5-7 minutes cab ride from Venetian. The room was very good and had all basic room necessities, washroom was excellent with separated sections. The staff was kind enough to give us balcony room upgrade.
The breakfast was decent, had fewer options compared to my other stays at similar hotels, but the staff in the restaurant was very good and us being restricted on the kind of meat we can eat, they without even asking offered us alternate options that were quickly made in the kitchen and served.
JJyut EleanorA very new hotel. The view out the hotel room was incredible.
Everything was perfect, but we were quite disappointed with the front desk… As a 5-star hotel, he was quite rude the whole time, and he stressed that deposit will be deducted if we smoke in the room. We went to the room and found that there was this heavy cigarette smell, we called the front desk and they said they would send a personnel there to “check”, without saying that they might be carrying a huge machine to spray the room or mentioning any solution. Turns out a very polite young lad came to the room with that huge machine and asked if we needed to spray the room. We said it was okay because the spray had an even stronger smell. But the service is pretty bad, not up to the 5-star standards. And also, the hair dryer didn’t work. I heard the other female receptionist at the front desk and the attitude was also the same. Lastly, the breakfast was also a little bit disappointing. Not suitable at all for foreigners. There was no cheese for a toast, just butter and orange jam and the bread was awfully chewy and hard…
GGuest UserThis room provides a comfortable and functional stay for solo travelers. While space is somewhat limited, the room is well-equipped with a working desk and a television offering a variety of channels. A standout feature was the bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Macau. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby dining options, a train station, and a bus stop, making travel around the area simple and efficient. Overall, a good choice for solo travelers seeking a convenient and comfortable base for their Macau trip.
WWongAshleyMy family and I had a wonderful stay! When we first arrived at the entrance of the hotel, we were assisted by the bellhop, Mark Spencer, who was very nice and helpful during our arrival and leaving the hotel. And everything else that came after did not disappoint, the room was beautiful, the breakfast was nice. Would definitely come back again! 👍🏽
KKwee LanGot a double single bed room. Was very big. Every was good. Best part was I get to choose the firmness of my pillows within the room. The only disappointment was the so called international breakfast seems to have mainly Chinese food. Also, to maintain the Holiday Inn standard, probably should get rid of the stains around the bath tub/bath area.
