Retired sisters stayed at Towns Well, location good, close 5- 6 minute walk to bus stops, room was ample, comfortable beds, quiet, great housekeeping staff, restaurant food was tasty, front staff could smile and be more welcoming..there was smoking in rooms on our floor although it was a non smoking hotel.. yes would return..

The location is good and the space for couples is very nice. Highly recommended this place because of the strategic location. Very near to all the tourist spot ang casino. Definitely will comeback abd stay here again. You must try this..

They allowed to check-in a little earlier than the check-in time, the room is clean and with complete amenities as per mentioned. Location is great as it's a few minutes walk to senado square and nearby tourist spots. There's even a 24hrs grocery store nearby. I would like to book a stay here again on my next Macau trip. Accommodation is relatively cheap. You do get what you paid for. It comes with power plugs, a light at the side of the bed, and the toilet also has shampoo/body wash and hair dryer provided. Though there was a non smoking policy, I could sense smoke every single day (though this isn’t their fault). Room was kept fairly clean as well. Just note that there’s a need to climb a few flights of stairs, so it might be inconvenient if you are bringing a huge suitcase.

One of the only reasonably priced hotels in Macau that has rooms with 3 beds for 3 adults. Great location (quiet, near everything), nice views from upper floors, fantastic staff. Excellent local dimsum resto attached to lobby. The roast duck with rice plate is amazing.

The best hotel we’ve been so far. It took me 2 days to decide to book this for our family trip and not a single complaint from any of my family members. Location is near Senados Square and many food to eat around. They have onsite cafe but I hope it opens earlier than 10 am because who drinks coffee at 10am? They have a self serve area on the second floor where you can do your laundry, iron clothes, exercise, eat or reheat good, refill water for free. The staffs are welcoming though English is always a challenge but they can do basic English.- better to have translator app like google translate. We enjoyed our stay and the best part is the overlooking window where we watched fireworks during CNY.

ATTENTION! If you are traveling to Macau remember to keep your slip from customs so that you can check into the hotel! Over all, this hotel was okay. You get what you pay for. I thought the design was very beautiful and the room was clean. The staff were very friendly and could speak some English. There was also an English Channel on the tv! However, the bed was as hard as a table and I didn’t sleep good at all. The shower is difficult to deal with and it’s very small, water got all over the floor. Also, the walls are thin so we could hear others coming and going during the night and early morning. There was a bus stop directly in front which is convenient but there are not a lot of places to eat/ shop near the hotel.

It’s good value for the money and highly recommended to those who want to spend the holidays with small group of friends in Macao.

Located near Ruin of St Paul, only a five-minute walk to surrounding shops for food, souvenirs, etc. We have been assigned to a room with a fantastic view, especially at night when the Grand Lisboa lights up.
