The hotel is directly opposite the Grand Lisboa, which is convenient for a sightseeing route. a good breakfast, although not at all varied. Unlike in mainland China, the staff speaks excellent English. friendly staff at the reception, who also made an upgrade.

The family friendly triple room was nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast was okay; the usual spread of local cuisine. Staff were quite friendly. Unfortunately, the corridors reek of smoke, despite it being supposedly non smoking, and the rooms along that corridor are supposed to be family friendly which. This hotel also does not have shuttle service as it is a smaller hotel, so have to go to another hotel for the shuttle.

AS a four-star hotel, we didn‘t expect much but one thing that impressed us, the coffee shop located on the ground floor the service was excellent. The waitress is so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.

The room is spacious and the cartoon design is fun. The location is very convenient with easy access to various bus route.

The front desk and cleaning staff are helpful and accommodating. Great location. Comfortable bed and pillow. Overall great experience, would stay there again.
