Clean rooms and lovely staff. Special thanks to jackie! (restaurant at ground floor) Very attentive and she give us good recommendations for foods! I love the cocktails and my bf loves the pizza.

I arrived at the hotel around 1 PM for check-in and had a smooth start, with the staff kindly holding onto my luggage while I explored the property until my room was ready at 3 PM. The grounds are spacious and inviting, with beautiful surroundings that immediately set a relaxed mood.
My first attempt to access the room was a bit of a hiccup as my key card didn’t work, but the staff was quick to assist. They explained that the room key shouldn’t be kept with a phone, as the phone could deactivate it—a small but helpful tip.
Once inside, I found a tidy and cozy room. It wasn’t perfect, but the balcony offered a stunning view of the sea that more than made up for any minor imperfections. There were a few ants here and there, even on the bed, but given the lush greenery outside and the open balcony, it was understandable. It added a bit of nature’s charm!
I enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pools, and the chinese restaurant was a highlight with some truly delicious dim sum.
Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I’d happily return to soak in that amazing sea view again.

The location is very great if the goal is to stay away from the city and soak into nature as everything you need is at the hotel. The restaurant and the waitresses were nice and very helpful. However the ones at the reception mostly the manager woman was rude at a point. Anyways, our holidays were great there and enjoyed the pool so much. And the kids club.. wow.. my kid didn’t want to leave.

Lovely views, great pool, huge terrace to relax on. Big, comfortable room with a nice bath tub to soak in. Food at the hotel is good, which is helpful since it is quite far from other restaurants and the ones nearby are quite pricey. The games room is fantastic, with board games and other fun activities to keep you entertained such as table tennis, snooker and basketball shooting. The maintenance team were giving the walls a fresh white paint, which is nice because it keeps it aesthetically pleasing! Would definitely come back again for a short escape from the city.

The staff at this hotel is extremely friendly and the room was very spacious. It made for a great getaway after spending the day at Macau Peninsula. I decided to get a massage at the spa, and it was excellent. For breakfast, I ordered room service, and the price was reasonable and probably the best pancake I ever had in my life, I am not exaggerating.
I was a little worried about going to other areas in Macau from the hotel, but the buses are easy to time with the official apps and also plenty of buses at Coloane Village goes to nearby LRT stations. I think travelling will be more convenient as new LRT stations open.
